"Our stay here was incredibly solid and heartwarming, truly deserving of its reputation as the top choice for a Chongzuo visit. The hotel's location is fantastic, with convenient transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. It's literally right next to Taiping Ancient City, so stepping out means you're immediately at the 'dagtiehua' (iron flower) performance. The hotel lobby's design is simple yet grand, with an elegant style. I particularly loved the hotel's courtyard-style design; walking in immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean, with every detail perfectly handled. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful night's sleep. The room was incredibly, incredibly quiet. It's also worth mentioning the staff's attentive and appropriate service, with a gentle and polite demeanor. A special shout-out to Liao at the front desk, who was consistently patient and helpful with communication – big thumbs up! The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, with practical and complete facilities, offering both quality and warmth. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this hotel again next time."

"Choosing Vienna Hotel was a great decision for my trip to Chongzuo. It's right in the city center, making it convenient for getting to the High-Speed Rail station, Stone Forest, and other attractions. The front desk staff, especially the younger ladies, were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast offered a good variety. Overall, it's a great hotel. There are also many restaurants nearby, including a fantastic place for Yusheng (raw fish), served with delicious dipping sauces. If you're heading to Mingshi, you can catch a bus from the tourist center at the High-Speed Rail station or arrange a shared taxi, and the hotel can assist with that. The ancient town is about a 15-20 minute taxi ride away. The scenery before sunset is stunning, and it gets lively at night with food stalls lining the streets."

Opening the window reveals a panoramic masterpiece of karst peaks, feeling like a fairy tale kingdom when shrouded in morning mist, and the sunsets are so stunning they leave you speechless.
The room design is incredibly stylish, with a minimalist yet luxurious feel. The balcony was my favorite spot – brewing a pot of tea and watching the clouds drift by truly made it a 'daydreamer's paradise,' living up to the hill's name.
The service team was so thoughtful; they were attentive from check-in to check-out without being intrusive, which truly allowed me to relax. Breakfast was exquisite, with local ingredients used to perfection.

Get off at Chongzuo Interchange of Nanyou Expressway and go straight for 2 minutes. It is a 30-minute drive from Ningming Huashan Rock Painting Scenic Spot, and about an hour's drive from 5A Transnational Detian Waterfall. It is the first choice for your business trip and personal self-driving tour. On the 22nd floor of the hotel there is a gymnasium, Fuqiao Recreation Center, and Baolihui KTV on the 3rd floor. There is a panoramic buffet breakfast restaurant on the 23rd floor, from 7:00 to 9:00. Cantonese-style morning tea is open every day from 8:00-14:00, and Cantonese-style evening tea is open from 18:00-22:00; the hotel lobby now provides free tea service, welcome your tasting! The hotel is very close to the ancient city of Taiping. It is the first choice for you to stay after a night tour of the ancient city. The Chongzuo Museum near the hotel is worth a visit. There are various catering, entertainment, shopping, financial and park facilities around the hotel.
"The facilities are quite old. The lobby entrance is grand and luxurious, but I'm not staying in the lobby, so the money wasn't spent where it counts. Breakfast was decent, but they only had instant coffee, which I didn't expect – not even a coffee machine. They claim to be 'international,' but I don't know where that designation comes from. I don't recommend staying in Chongzuo city; you can stay directly at Mingshi Garden. There's a direct shuttle from Chongzuo High-Speed Rail Station to Mingshi Garden. Accommodation around Detian Waterfall doesn't seem great, but nearby, the Blue Cave Waterfall Coffee is an excellent spot for chilling out and taking photos."

"The hotel consists of detached or semi-detached three-story villas, each with a balcony perfect for drying clothes. There's an outdoor swimming pool (closed in winter). The amenities provided are of good quality. Breakfast is served in a large conference hall, offering a wide variety of options and plenty of seating. The hotel's location is also excellent, right next to the Zhuang Museum and a 'Stone Forest' where we explored many caves, which the kids absolutely loved."

"I booked this hotel, which has been open for about a year, for a business trip and it was a fantastic experience. Right at the entrance, there are several 'welcoming pines' which have a wonderful symbolic meaning. The hotel was also decorated for Christmas, making it a perfect photo op! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient during check-in, and their smiles were truly heartwarming. "Located within the Taiping Ancient City scenic area, the night view of the ancient city is within walking distance. The rooms were generally clean and tidy. However, there's a flight of stairs from the parking lot to the front desk, which is separate from the guest rooms. There were no staff to provide guidance, making the journey with luggage in the scorching sun unfriendly. They charge a 10 yuan deposit for a quilt, explaining that ”bedding is sufficient,” but families with children may need an additional quilt, making the charge seem unreasonable. Currently, they're still charging a 100 yuan deposit, which is rare these days. There were transparent vending boxes for adult products in the room, which caused awkwardness when children asked about them during the summer vacation. For families traveling with children, it's recommended to move these items to a secluded area or remove them."

YYizhiteliduxingdejiangDuring this stay, I experienced two different room types. First, I stayed in the LUX* Select Suite, which offered beautiful and expansive views. Later, I switched to a One-Bedroom Deluxe room, which was significantly larger than the Select Suite. I'm very grateful to Doris for arranging both rooms for us; we were very satisfied. Both rooms came with extra-large panoramic floor-toceiling windows and a private plunge pool, which was delightful.
The resort's design beautifully integrates with the local culture. The distant mountains and blue sky are reflected in the water, making the architecture seem to emerge from it, creating a serene and breathable atmosphere.

GGuest UserTo catch the earliest boat to the Huashan Rock Paintings, I stayed overnight in Chongzuo. My impression of the city was very positive. Checking into the hotel was a pleasant surprise; the handsome and beautiful receptionists were very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy, the laundry room was easy to use, the breakfast restaurant staff were attentive, the coffee was delicious, and the freshly made Lao You Fen (a type of rice noodle soup) was authentic. The underground parking garage was under construction and quite dusty, but parking was very convenient.

HHongshoushouI spent two months researching and comparing hotels, and while places like 'Secret Realm' and 'Changliu' next door were super expensive, this one won my heart not just with its reasonable price but also its French-inspired decor. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. First, upon arrival, they immediately helped with our luggage and registered our car for parking. They also promptly informed us about the photo spot on the hotel's rooftop 😎. Second, the breakfast on the second day was clean, hygienic, and individually portioned, which was very comfortable. Later, because my whole family got food poisoning from a roadside stall near the cross-border waterfall, I'm especially, especially, especially impressed and grateful for the hotel's food hygiene! Finally, my child wears OK lenses but forgot the removal tool and couldn't take them out with their hands. In a panic, we had to ask the hotel staff for help, and a young lady was incredibly skilled, removing the lenses in an instant. I'm truly very grateful. My parents also said the hotel beds were very comfortable and the toothbrushes were excellent, so they insisted I mention it in the review~ hahaha.
Chongzuo is beautiful, and this little B&B offers many more surprises. I hope the B&B continues to improve~ Oh, a small suggestion: maybe prepare some stomach medicine. After all, there are many people like me who get upset stomachs when traveling due to unfamiliar food and water.

It's very close to the town's pedestrian street, where you can find breakfast and local specialties. The owners are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

We had dinner there as soon as we arrived, and it was the first time I'd ever seen round avocados. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable. We booked a triple room, and while I thought a family room would just have multiple beds, it turned out to be a suite. The children's room also had a large bed and tatami mats, which exceeded my expectations. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, with an open-plan sink area, so showering, using the toilet, and washing hands didn't bother each other. A special compliment was that the hotel even provided makeup remover and facial cleanser – so thoughtful! The minibar was complimentary 😋 The receptionist was incredibly kind and friendly, with a lovely smile, and she answered all our questions and requests. My friend later left her documents, including her visa for Vietnam the next day, at the front desk, and they proactively contacted her and delivered them to her room. The very same kind lady who checked us in the previous night checked us out the next morning; we learned she had finished her shift last night and was working the early shift that day – hotel staff really have it tough! The hotel has its own parking lot and a large, comfortable courtyard. All three of us were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend it.

Cleanliness: Good.
Environment: Mountain views are visible from the windows. The location is opposite the People's Hospital. There are parking spaces in front, many restaurants downstairs, and a supermarket. The location is excellent.
Service: The hotel lobby staff weren't very friendly. I heard I booked through Ctrip online; their attitude was unenthusiastic and cold.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there.
The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady.
