Environment: The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the environment is quiet. I had a particularly good sleep!
Facilities: The facilities are complete. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, and the experience is still very good👍

GGuest UserThe service is still very satisfactory. The hotel is also relatively new. After coming out of Duku, I had a good rest. The hotel also gave the children a small gift. It was a very satisfactory stay. The Xinjiang girl Reyihanguli, number 0009 at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and gave a thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThis is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

NNelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

SszyanziiiThe room was very nice. The soundproofing was a bit poor; the sound of the door opening and closing was quite noticeable. Light sleepers can request a suite.
I booked a room with a private hot spring. The water was changed after each guest, which was reassuring.
There's a ski resort nearby, very convenient for skiers. Night skiing ends at 11 PM.
It's currently February 2026, considered off-season, and breakfast was delivered to the room.
The Dushanzi Grand Canyon is nearby, suitable for families with children. We tried all the activities, and none were too thrilling, so you can enjoy them without worry.

剛進門就被前台的熱情服務打動了，前台小姐姐全程微笑接待，態度親切又周到主動詢問有沒有特殊需求，聽到小姐姐暖心的問好一路自駕的疲憊感瞬間就消散了。安保人員也特別貼心，主動幫忙指引停車位置，而且酒店的免費停車場車位充足，對我們自駕出行的遊客來説太友好了。
酒店大廳豪華大氣，格調滿滿，公共區域整潔敞亮乾淨，一踏入就覺得很舒心。房間裏的細節更是讓人驚喜，專門配備了直飲機和取水台，隨時都能喝到乾淨的温水，特別方便。房間的衞生打掃得一塵不染，從床鋪到衞浴都乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。還有特別大的電視，愛看劇的對我來説很好的選擇.
酒店的配套設施也很完善：健身房空間寬敞，各類器材齊全，不管是日常鍛鍊還是運動放鬆都能滿足；洗衣房裡有多台洗衣機，還配備了烘乾機，出門旅行再也不用為洗衣服、晾衣服發愁。早餐的種類也非常豐富，味道在線，能吃到滿滿元氣的一餐。
這次入住體驗全程都很滿意，不管是服務、環境還是設施都無可挑剔，下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！棒棒

GGuest UserMust give this hotel a big praise! From the beginning of the door, the staff was particularly polite, guiding the route, and smiling throughout the service. During the stay, there was a small problem to call the front desk, and someone solved it in a few minutes, and the efficiency was super high. The aunt in the room cleaned very carefully every day, even the water stains on the tabletop were cleaned, and she would help sort out the messy items, which was so intimate. This kind of service with full details makes people feel particularly warm.
