GGuest UserOverall, it was good, but I have two main points to raise. First, the shower gel dispenser in my room ran out after just two pumps, and I was already in the shower so I couldn't call for more. Second, the young lady at the front desk provided excellent service, but the security guard was completely oblivious. I saw him engrossed in his phone multiple times while I was coming and going. I don't understand why the boss would hire someone like that. Of course, I don't know why it bothered me so much, as it didn't really affect me, but I just can't stand employees who slack off. The breakfast tasted good, but the quantity was just average.

GGuest UserThe room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning lady cleaned it very well! Bathing was also very convenient. The whole house was intelligent. Very good! The lunch buffet was also very good! The room was not originally included in the booking. But they gave us breakfast coupons, which was very good. There were also many varieties of breakfast! Great! There is a gym on the 15th floor, with automatic washing machines and drying. Very good!

Upon check-in, the front desk staff greeted me with a friendly smile and a ”Welcome back, Mr. Liu” (I don't know if it was a coincidence, but it was incredibly thoughtful). Their patient and detailed responses to inquiries about nearby areas also helped me plan my trip with confidence. The spotless rooms, complete with amenities and bedding, were reassuring. The queen-size bed was a true sleep haven—the mattress had the perfect firmness for a restful night. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and the shower had strong, consistent water pressure, washing away any fatigue. The desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary minibar selection, and a small, dainty fruit plate on the table all embodied meticulous care. The most surprising experience was the robot food delivery service! After a late night at work, I simply placed an order on my phone, and within 20 minutes, the adorable robot arrived at my doorstep. The quick QR code process was a delightful experience, and the hot late-night snack arrived directly to my door. This smart and convenient experience not only avoided disturbing others late at night but also efficiently satisfied my needs. It was truly impressive! The hotel's breakfast buffet was a feast for the taste buds! A dazzling array of Chinese and Western dishes: steaming hot noodles, crispy bacon and eggs, fresh salads and fruits, fragrant coffee... The diverse selection and fresh ingredients, along with the attentive and warm service of the local Xinjiang ethnic women, revitalized my Xinjiang trip. This stay far exceeded expectations. From the sincere smiles at the front desk to every detail of the comfortable room, from the sumptuous cuisine to the futuristic smart services, the hotel's commitment to quality and its emphasis on the guest experience were evident. I have no hesitation in adding your hotel to my ”top list” and will warmly recommend it to all my friends! I look forward to seeing you again!

GGuest UserThis is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

but! ! ! ! ! ! ! Sisters can rush without thinking! Because I went there during the off-season, I couldn't imagine how busy it would be during the peak season. The scenery of this house is absolutely amazing!
There is a ski resort next to this hotel, but I didn't see many people skiing until I left, and I didn't hear anything at all when I was dozens of meters away. Really quiet!
Dinner at the hotel's restaurant at own expense. It’s really delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant’s steamed chicken. It’s completely different from the big plate chicken. In the transparent restaurant, you can see the chef working hard to make delicious food. It tastes good ~ 100 points. If I must give a little advice: I hope the tofu in the beef soup is silken tofu, that is, tender tofu. People from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai don’t quite understand the point of old tofu soup... But the taste is really good. If it is silken tofu, I will give it 10,000 points~
Picture 5 is the small terrace on the balcony. Friends who come here in summer are so lucky. Crying 😭😭😭, he has a terrace at night to look at the mountains and stars, and have some midnight snacks, This is life. It is truly a priceless highlight of life.
Taken casually with a mobile phone without any filters, what a paradise on earth this is. I hope the price won't increase too much next time I go. So beautiful!
If you want a mature business environment nearby, don't choose this one. If you are here for leisure and have high requirements for beautiful scenery, delicious food and good service, you can choose this one without a doubt. Be sure to remember to open your phone and check the direction of the driver's seat about one minute after leaving the hotel. I didn’t take the photo and I really regret it. It was so stunning, the sun shining on the golden mountain!
Sisters, if possible, you must go for this room with a balcony without hesitation. Then they have hot springs, but I didn't go there, so I can't comment. It looked like there was a lot of atmosphere and the private hot springs were pretty high-end. It's best to prepare clothes for bathing. I didn't bring anything, so I didn't go. Otherwise, I could have experienced the beautiful atmosphere of mountains and snow outside the window and life inside the window.

NNelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

The lobby was impeccably clean and well-maintained, truly reflecting its status as a grand hotel, and it left a perfect first impression. My room was equally spotless, and the view was stunning. Before checking out at midday, I had lunch at the hotel restaurant. The noodles were fantastic – perfectly al dente, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Every single staff member, including the housekeeping team, greeted me warmly whenever we met. I truly felt the renowned hospitality of Xinjiang. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Karamay; it offers a truly unique and charming experience.
