"Our first stay at Atour V3.6 was fantastic! The hotel had just opened, so all the facilities were incredibly new and clean, with absolutely no unpleasant odors. The bed and pillows in the room were on the firmer side, making for a very comfortable sleep. I woke up without any back pain and slept soundly all night. Although the windows faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent; we couldn't hear a thing at night. The laundry service included three washing machines and a dryer, which washed our clothes very quickly and cleanly, easily handling five days' worth of laundry in one go – excellent!"

"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room amenities were complete, and the staff were very friendly. There were plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to grab a bite at night, which was super convenient for tourists. The front desk patiently explained local tips, and housekeeping was quick to respond to requests. As someone who pays attention to details, I loved it! The soundproofing was excellent. They even brought water to my room in 3 minutes in the middle of the night, always with a smile. The service here is top-notch."

"Overall, it was good, but I have two main points to raise. First, the shower gel dispenser in my room ran out after just two pumps, and I was already in the shower so I couldn't call for more. Second, the young lady at the front desk provided excellent service, but the security guard was completely oblivious. I saw him engrossed in his phone multiple times while I was coming and going. I don't understand why the boss would hire someone like that. Of course, I don't know why it bothered me so much, as it didn't really affect me, but I just can't stand employees who slack off. The breakfast tasted good, but the quantity was just average."

Special commendation to the hotel front desk manager on duty. After I checked out and found my braces in the room, the front desk quickly contacted relevant personnel to help find them. Once found, they immediately contacted me to offer a solution. When I went to pick them up today, the front desk manager promptly contacted the front desk staff on duty that day to return the lost braces to me. The entire process was very smooth and meticulous. They also made a record of the lost item. I am very grateful to the hotel for their responsible handling of lost items."

"The breakfast was plentiful. They have one commercial-grade washer and dryer, and two regular sets. Our family room was on the third floor and had two bathrooms, which was very convenient. The only downside was that there's no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up and down, which isn't ideal for older guests. The room also came with complimentary snacks and yogurt."

GGuest UserThe lady boss is very nice and welcoming. She waited for us even though we arrived very late. The bedding was very clean and comfortable. There is also a professional sauna pool for bathing and soaking. The location is easy to find. It is convenient for going out and eating. It is the peak tourist season and the price has not increased. I strongly recommend everyone to stay here. I am traveling alone. It is safe and reliable. I will come again next year. Stay here. It is very close to the Duku Highway.

NNelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

GGuest UserMy family and I visited the beautiful 'Oil City' of Karamay for the first time, and our overall experience at this hotel was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk, and check-in was incredibly swift. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast restaurant had plenty of seating, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and abundant, with so many choices. I wanted to try everything, but my stomach simply wasn't big enough to manage it all! The location is also incredibly convenient for exploring; Century Park and Huijia Times Shopping Center are right outside the hotel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.

This hotel really poked me too much! The coffee in the afternoon tea tastes great, and it also comes with exquisite pull flowers. Sitting in the store and drinking slowly, the happiness is directly full of ～☕✨ The front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic, patient and thoughtful when checking in, making people feel very warm. Nearby is Populus euphratica forest, very beautiful
The room was cleaned and the living was particularly comfortable. The entire hotel park is large in size, the environment is well maintained, the green plants are scattered, and the mood is comfortable when walking. You can go to the night show on foot. You don't have to worry about finding a car. It's too convenient!
The breakfast choice is particularly rich, with a variety of staple foods, snacks, and drinks. The fly in the ointment is that the taste is quite satisfactory. The most pleasant surprise is that the hotel is very friendly to dogs, there is no pressure to stay with hairy children, and people who love pets will really love it!

Can't the hygiene be kept in good order? The toilet seat is not wiped (I can't describe it in detail). The glue on the toilet floor is brown. The tooth cups are not replaced. The cracks in the bathroom are not wiped. Such a new hotel feels like old dirt. The door was still broken and couldn't be closed, and the hair on the floor mats was really broken. I didn't even wash my hair. In short, it was just a pass. It's really a pity that such a new hotel is not up to standard! !

AAppleasantFacilities: This B&B has a single-family bungalow ➕ courtyard layout, which is quite unique! The staff told us that the house was renovated from a former faculty dormitory, and it had a sense of age. In order to maintain the feeling of that era, they did not change the appearance of the dormitory and turned the room into a B&B. The house looks old but has all modern facilities inside. The air conditioning and hot water are very good. I especially like the large bathroom and the shower 🚿 (this is the shower with the best water I have ever used during my trip to Xinjiang!). The mattress here is moderately soft and hard, which is very friendly to me who doesn’t like to sleep on soft beds😂
Hygiene: The room is very hygienic. However, since it is a bungalow and the surrounding plants are lush, there will be bugs in the house. We killed several bugs and mosquitoes.
Environment: This B&B has a feeling of going home. The yard is also made like an auto repair shop, with well-arranged car parts. The four of us booked a double room and a double room, which could fit into a bungalow. If you only live in one room, you may need to share a bungalow with other residents, and the sound insulation in a bungalow is not very good (that is, the family can shout in this room to the extent that the person in the opposite room can answer). If you are concerned, please confirm with the staff in advance~

There is a convenience store downstairs, and it is not far from the business district. It takes only a short drive to get there, and there is no shortage of parking spaces. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. The service attitude is pretty good. It is recommended to use some coffee-flavored aromatherapy or styling to highlight the characteristics of the hotel.
