3-Star Hotels in Karamay

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It was very convenient to stay here while traveling along the Duku Highway. The environment was excellent, and the hotel was very smart. Best of all, the receptionist was exceptionally helpful; she even gave me a Duku Highway fridge magnet when I left – such a thoughtful and considerate gesture!

This hotel has a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Dayoupao and Oil Well No. 1. The surrounding environment is very quiet, allowing for a good rest. During our check-in, due to a system issue, our order couldn't be confirmed. The Uyghur staff member at the front desk, Xiao Mu, patiently helped us resolve the problem quickly. We were extremely satisfied and felt the warmth and attentiveness of the people of Karamay. Thumbs up to Xiao Mu!

We were quite exhausted after driving back from Nalati via Duku Highway on June 1st, arriving in Dushanzi. But the moment we entered the hotel, the staff immediately greeted us and proactively offered us tea. Honestly, we were a little embarrassed, haha! We are truly grateful and touched; it felt just like coming home. The hotel is located in the city center, with a commercial street downstairs, including the Mingzhu Night Market and various amenities, yet it's not noisy at all. Upon entering, the hotel has a subtle, pleasant scent. When we opened the door to our room, we found it spotless and well-equipped, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The next day, when we were checking out, the Uyghur lady at the front desk saw we had a baby and kindly gave a small gift to our child. We are incredibly thankful to her – not only is she beautiful, but she's also exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which made our Xinjiang trip even more meaningful and enjoyable! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Dushanzi; it offers excellent value for money!

Although the room is small, it has everything. The bathroom is large, but there is no dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, water does not easily flow into the sewer, and the bathroom becomes slippery. The drainage in the bathroom is not smooth, and the water from the washbasin easily splashes onto the countertop. The soundproofing is not very good, you can hear the sound of the bedside charger being unplugged or the light switch being used in the next room. The cleaning is very considerate. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. There are many restaurants and shops downstairs, which is very convenient. Order takeout and have it delivered directly to your door, very convenient! Overall, I am quite satisfied and can give it a comprehensive score of 4.5. The front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. I came and went in a hurry and forgot to take pictures.

Had a great 2 night stay. The hotel is new and very well maintained. It is attached to a beautifully decorated and elegant restaurant wit local design, local music and excellent food and service. Best of all were the two girls behind the front desk that went out of their way to help me booking taxis to the park and arranging transportation to Burqin. It is not so easy for foreigners to figure out transportation options around this part of Xinjiang and they went out of their way to help me and were very kind at all times. While I was at the Devil city park there was a big Sandstorm for about 15 minutes and she even sent me a message to make sure I was okay and to be careful! Really excellent customer service! Thank you!

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. After traveling through Xinjiang, this place was exceptionally quiet, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. There's a typical Xinjiang night market just steps away. The toothbrushes were also very good, and the laundry room even had a garment steamer, which was very convenient. I could wear a pretty dress into the mountains!

Choosing the GreenTree Inn Museum Branch for our drive through the Duku Highway was a fantastic decision! The location is truly unbeatable – right outside is the Duku Highway Museum, so we didn't have to rush the next morning to hit the road. Plus, there are restaurants and convenience stores all along the street, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The room itself was very spacious and spotlessly clean, with no dust or odd smells. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the hot water was consistently strong. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the soundproofing was excellent, so we had a peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were quick to check us in, very friendly and helpful, even recommending local food spots and offering tips for our Duku Highway trip!

The room is spacious and bright, very close to the big oil bubble, the sanitation is also very clean, the front desk lady is very warm, introduced me to a lot of food around, in short, a very satisfactory stay, cost-effective, come back next time.

Advantages: The rooms and beds are spacious; a triple room can easily accommodate four people. There's a baked bun shop downstairs where you can order dishes (the large plate chicken is huge, but you have to order noodles first). Facilities are complete. Disadvantages: Parking guidance is recommended; parking spaces are limited. Parking is also available in the back courtyard; you can access the lobby via stairs. The wall-mounted air conditioner is old. Breakfast is not included; the restaurant opens late, so it's advisable to bring your own snacks. High cost-performance ratio; better accommodation in Dushanzi than in Qiaerma. Convenient for visiting the Duku Highway Museum and Dushanzi Grand Canyon.
