Environment: The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the environment is quiet. I had a particularly good sleep!
Facilities: The facilities are complete. The buffet breakfast is rich in variety and delicious, and the experience is still very good👍

GGuest UserThe service is still very satisfactory. The hotel is also relatively new. After coming out of Duku, I had a good rest. The hotel also gave the children a small gift. It was a very satisfactory stay. The Xinjiang girl Reyihanguli, number 0009 at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and gave a thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻

GGuest UserThis is the worst soundproofing I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed in during business trips. I can hear loud conversations from next door at night, not to mention the noise in the hallway. In the mornings, I encounter people who get up early and start playing music—which I can listen to for free. The breakfast selection is average: five hot dishes, one fried rice, some porridge, cold dishes, and pickles, but lacking noodles or soup. The problem is that a woman with long hair was seen eating in my breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

NNelson&LilyWe are in Karamay specifically for visiting the legendary Big Oil Bubbles 大油泡. After 大油泡 we checked in this hotel which is within walking distance of 汇嘉广场. Thankfully we get to try the delicious and fresh steamed fish 冷水鱼on our way back to the hotel after the fireworks show of lanterns festival at 世纪公园🎉

剛進門就被前台的熱情服務打動了，前台小姐姐全程微笑接待，態度親切又周到主動詢問有沒有特殊需求，聽到小姐姐暖心的問好一路自駕的疲憊感瞬間就消散了。安保人員也特別貼心，主動幫忙指引停車位置，而且酒店的免費停車場車位充足，對我們自駕出行的遊客來説太友好了。
酒店大廳豪華大氣，格調滿滿，公共區域整潔敞亮乾淨，一踏入就覺得很舒心。房間裏的細節更是讓人驚喜，專門配備了直飲機和取水台，隨時都能喝到乾淨的温水，特別方便。房間的衞生打掃得一塵不染，從床鋪到衞浴都乾乾淨淨，住着特別安心。還有特別大的電視，愛看劇的對我來説很好的選擇.
酒店的配套設施也很完善：健身房空間寬敞，各類器材齊全，不管是日常鍛鍊還是運動放鬆都能滿足；洗衣房裡有多台洗衣機，還配備了烘乾機，出門旅行再也不用為洗衣服、晾衣服發愁。早餐的種類也非常豐富，味道在線，能吃到滿滿元氣的一餐。
這次入住體驗全程都很滿意，不管是服務、環境還是設施都無可挑剔，下次來這邊還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！棒棒

ZZHL0069Overall, my stay was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had no unpleasant odors, and the hot water came out quickly. The front desk staff were very friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the area is quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel offers good value for money with no hidden charges. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

GGuest UserMy family and I visited the beautiful 'Oil City' of Karamay for the first time, and our overall experience at this hotel was truly fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the front desk, and check-in was incredibly swift. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The breakfast restaurant had plenty of seating, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich and abundant, with so many choices. I wanted to try everything, but my stomach simply wasn't big enough to manage it all! The location is also incredibly convenient for exploring; Century Park and Huijia Times Shopping Center are right outside the hotel. We'll definitely choose this hotel again if we have the chance.
