The room had two floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views and plenty of natural light. The shower was separate from the toilet, and the facilities were complete and functional. The decor was warm and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The service was attentive yet natural, and the room offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dushanzi, and I'll definitely choose it again next time!"

"Stayed for two nights and never had hot water for a shower. Called twice, and both times they said it would be fine in half an hour, but the water remained cold until check-out. It was minus ten degrees Celsius in winter; I couldn't even take a proper shower. The room's ceiling and walls were filthy, clearly not cleaned at all. There were marks and papers left from previous guests who seemed to have had a party. The water coming out of the bathtub was also yellow. And the TV remote in the bedroom had bad contact; it often didn't respond even after pressing it repeatedly."

"1. Hotel management is chaotic. I left home at 9:00 AM and pressed the "Please clean" button on my room door. When I returned at 1:40 PM, the housekeeping had just started cleaning, explaining that "rooms with extended stays are only cleaned after 2:00 PM each day." When I asked why the sheets and blankets weren't changed, the answer was, "Hotel policy dictates that extended stays are changed every two days." When I inquired at the front desk why they didn't schedule cleaning in the morning, they replied, "Pressing the appointment button on the smart switch won't work; you have to verbally tell the front desk." 2. Facilities are inadequate. The hotel advertised itself as having fully intelligent systems, but in reality, guests extending their stays had to swipe their room cards at the front desk every day, otherwise they wouldn't be able to enter after the cards expired. There was also a problem with the sewage system smelling bad, and the air conditioning system caused odors to seep into different rooms (even bringing in cigarette smells from other rooms). The hotel advertised breakfast, but they actually gave out breakfast vouchers that required guests to eat at a beef noodle shop across the street. The vouchers had a limited selection (one bowl of clear beef noodles or three steamed buns + a side dish and a tea egg). The noodle shop was vague about this to hotel guests. Because I extended my stay, I ate at the noodle shop for three consecutive days, seeing many tourists from mainland China eating there, but the cashier never proactively mentioned the tea egg, trying to save money by offering one."

"After our walk back to Duku, I wanted to relax and unwind for the night in Dushanzi, so I opted for the Wanda Jinhua Hotel. However, from the moment I walked in, I felt like I'd spent nearly 900 yuan on a small, standard room for only 90 yuan. We arrived at the hotel around 2:40 pm. There was no receptionist to help with our luggage, so my husband found a luggage cart and started packing. I took the children to check in, but I was the only one at the front desk. I had no idea how difficult it was to check in a family. After waiting for about 15 minutes, the front desk informed us it would take a while longer, saying the room hadn't been cleaned yet. So, we headed to the first-floor restaurant for dinner. The service was generally excellent, and the food was good quality. But the nightmare began after dinner. Seeing me holding the baby and my husband carrying three or four bags, the front desk assigned us a room on the fifth floor, at the farthest end. Upon arrival, we discovered it had indeed just been cleaned, but there was no welcome fruit, and the sheets were dirty. The bed was a bit small, so I called to request some pillows to block the edge of the bed to prevent the baby from falling out. Then, when the baby needed to wash up, we realized there was no hot water. Thinking something was wrong, we called the front desk, and they nonchalantly replied, "Maybe it's not heated yet. I don't know when it will come back." 🙂 At this point, our family was truly speechless. So I called Ctrip to complain, and the hotel finally changed the sheets, brought pillows, and sent fruit, but they said there was no hot water. ... In short, the lack of 24-hour hot water is truly the Wanda Hotel's biggest drawback, so be reasonable. But to be honest, the overall service level of the food and beverage department was excellent, and the breakfast was also good."

"The hotel was clean, spacious, and bright, with convenient facilities and impeccable service. I really didn't expect the front desk service to be so good. Having stayed in so many hotels, this was the first time I'd been so warmly received; it made me feel very comfortable. We checked in quite late, and the receptionist proactively brought us water, chatted and laughed with us, making us laugh, haha. She even helped us with our luggage. This young lady was also very pretty, tall, and slim. She served us breakfast the next day, very professionally. [I secretly took a picture of her]. As expected of a GreenTree hotel employee, she had the right demeanor. This isn't just empty praise; I'm genuinely satisfied with the service at this hotel. I love it so much and will definitely stay at GreenTree hotels often. The hotel's location is also excellent, with free parking, coffee, and lavender sachets. I will definitely stay here again next time. Very satisfied, super awesome!"
