"Stayed for two nights with my elderly parents and kids, and had a great experience. The room was spacious, and they even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes. Breakfast was free for kids, with a wide variety including congee and pastries. There's a park and a mall nearby, and transportation is convenient. The staff were very patient with the children. Highly recommend for family trips."

Drinks in the mini-fridge and nuts on the table were provided free of charge. The room lighting was also good, with adjustable brightness levels of 20% and 60%. The bedding was also very nice! The breakfast was quite impressive; for a business hotel in Xinjiang, this level of breakfast is truly commendable and worth recommending. The selection was comprehensive and abundant! We even packed two lattes to take back to our room. These small details of service deserve full marks! Excellent value for money and a great experience."

Overall, it's pretty good value for money."

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in Xinjiang, bar none. Don't be fooled by the photos of the entire building; it's a commercial complex. The second floor houses other shops and restaurants, and the hotel itself has only a tiny entrance and a small lobby. The elevator is shared with other shops and restaurants, and you can use it without a card. The first-floor restaurant is worse than a budget hotel—it's absolutely terrible. It's absurd that it has a 4.7 rating on Ctrip. It's awful. They completely mislead you with the entire building and the signs on the roof. The first floor is mostly filled with small businesses; it doesn't give the impression of a hotel at all. It's like looking at the small print with a magnifying glass while the large print is all good. I strongly suggest you don't stay here, or at least see it in person before booking."

"I've been driving in Xinjiang for half a month now, and I've never had a bad experience with the hotels I booked, but this time it was a disaster. I booked this hotel because I had a good impression of Licheng Hotels, but it was a huge disappointment. The room was big, but what's the point of such a large room if it's not for entertaining guests? The water dispenser was useless; it wasn't even 100 degrees Celsius. The automatic toilet flushed too forcefully, soaking the floor, so I didn't dare sit on it. The door was constantly being pushed around by the wind all night. The most ridiculous thing was that I was taking a shower around 1 a.m., and the power suddenly went out halfway through, and the hot water was gone too. How can a power outage be related to hot water? The breakfast was practically empty, yet they charged over 300 yuan for the room—the value for money was exceptionally low. The only thing worth praising was the security guard; he was very responsible."
