"The hotel is easy to find, the staff are friendly, the breakfast is plentiful and of high quality, and they even offer complimentary porridge in the evening. The hotel also boasts a well-equipped gym and laundry facilities, making it a comfortable and worry-free stay.
Free parking is available both in front of the hotel and across the street, which is incredibly convenient.
The hotel is clean and hygienic. The lobby, lounge area, elevators, and rooms are all stylishly designed. The toiletries are of excellent quality, giving me peace of mind. Atour's bedding is exactly what I love; I use Atour products at home too. I absolutely adore it! If there's an Atour in Karamay, you absolutely must stay here! Highly recommended!"

"This time I came to Duku to stay at this hotel. First of all, the hotel is newly opened. The environment in the store is good. There is also a free coffee tea machine in the leisure area on the first floor. It is very friendly for people who are tired of driving for a day. The room is also large and the facilities are good. Quiet and comfortable at night~, The front desk clerk checked in very neatly and did not need to wait. He was very enthusiastic and patient. He introduced the surrounding food. The Duku Highway Zero Kilometer Monument & Museum are 15–17 minutes away, and Dushanzi Grand Canyon is reachable within 35–40 minutes, making us an ideal stop for Northern Xinjiang self-driving tours.
All rooms feature full-house smart systems and thick soundproof walls. Room types include Business Twin, Selected Twin, Deluxe King/Twin, Triple, Family Room and Han View Suite, fitting solo travelers, families, groups and business guests.

"I drove to the library with my friends, and rented a car directly to the hotel in Urumqi. It took more than two hours to take the highway from Urumqi. The hotel is very close to the highway intersection. The hotel is newly renovated, but there is no smell, the hotel service is good, the front desk lady is very beautiful, the facilities are well-equipped, the gym laundry room chess and card room billiard room has everything, rest here for one night, the next day to go to the Duku, a good choice, highly recommended!"

"Surrounded by a street of hotels, they are all newly opened hotels. I lived in Licheng in Kuitun. I felt that the bedding was particularly comfortable. I chose this one in Karamay. The price is more favorable than other levels. After arriving at the store, we upgraded the room type for free and sent breakfast. It was a surprise. The hotel is newly opened and the facilities are intelligent. The bathroom top spray is very powerful, quite Hansgrohe feeling. The bath is very happy, the bedding is comfortable, it is really an important part of the journey. In addition, although it is a newly opened hotel in 26 years, there is no decoration in the room. However, I still make a small suggestion. The glass door of the shower room is all big footprints and there is a lot of gray. It is estimated that the decoration is not completely cleaned."

"During this stay, the hotel's room cleanliness and facilities were commendable; housekeeping was thorough, and the living amenities were up to par.
All deductions come from the service. Upon arriving, I saw staff members and partners at the entrance privately discussing guests, which made me, as a passing guest, feel very uncomfortable.
At the front desk, we simply asked politely if a room upgrade was possible, with no complaints or arguments whatsoever. However, the manager who arrived reacted very emotionally, immediately bringing up complaints in a rather aggressive tone, startling both my wife and the on-site staff.
As customers, we were only asking a normal question and deserved a calm conversation, not an over-the-top reaction. The hotel has a good foundation in terms of hardware; if the management's service communication could improve, the experience would be much better!"

"After completing the northern section of the Duku Highway from Yining, we chose Dushanzi as our stopover. Online reviews often mentioned that accommodation in Dushanzi was generally subpar, but our actual stay exceeded expectations. We booked two twin rooms, and they were spacious with large, comfortable beds and soft mattresses, perfect for a good night's sleep. The only minor drawback was that the shower water pressure was a bit low, and warmer water would have been even better. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. It offers good value for money and comes highly recommended as a stopover if you're traveling the Duku Highway."
