"Fantastic hotel experience overall! The room was fully equipped and well-laid-out, offering great comfort. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it very quiet. The shower had great water pressure and stable, comfortable water temperature. Cleanliness was top-notch; every corner was spotless. I was very satisfied with my stay. They even gave a farewell gift upon check-out and promptly notified me when I left something behind. Highly recommended!"

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! Due to my travel schedule, I arrived at the hotel past 5 AM, but the staff were still incredibly welcoming and attentive. They even upgraded my room, which was spacious and comfortable, and provided fresh fruit. The most touching gesture was when the concierge noticed my car window was left open in the morning and promptly covered it with an umbrella to protect the interior โ such thoughtful attention to detail. The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and excellent service. It was a truly satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Urho!"
