GGuest UserFirst of all, the room is very new and spacious, with every area decorated with the owner's attention to detail. The elevator is very convenient for seniors, and there are also charging stations. The breakfast is particularly noteworthy, as it's plentiful and delicious. Their chef specializes in restaurant cuisine, as the hotel is also open to the public and offers catering services. The pool garden on the basement level is also exceptionally beautiful and highly recommended.

EEleanor@anuoThe room was very spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. The staff were very welcoming, and the hot spring bath was very relaxing, allowing us to wash away our travel fatigue. After soaking in the hot spring in the evening, the room was thoughtfully equipped with white fungus soup. Mineral water and fruit were always available in the hot spring area for guests to help themselves! The breakfast selection was very extensive, combining Chinese and Western dishes, with a good mix of meat and vegetables, catering to different tastes and age groups! Overall, this was a very cost-effective accommodation experience, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mile!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, within walking distance to Honghe Water Town, Qianwang Gate, and Huquan Ecological Park. The room is very spacious, and it was comfortable to relax indoors since it rained during our stay in Mile. The hot spring pools also looked quite clean, and the laundry room was well-equipped and professional, allowing for free use. The complimentary travel photography service was also very good.

Many hot springs with varying temperatures were all very comfortable and swimming pools was lovely as well. Breakfast selections were plentiful, and delicious. Included laundry services were a plus, and location of the hotel was excellent. My only complaint is that we only stayed one night.

XXiyouxiIt's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

The room was not only spotless, but also thoughtfully equipped with drinking water and toiletries. They responded quickly to any requests, and the service was just right. My stay was comfortable and relaxing, far exceeding my expectations. Highly recommended!

IiitwelveThe hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. You can slowly experience the peace and comfort of Mile on foot, without feeling rushed. The room is super spacious, making for a very relaxing stay, and the amenities are complete, with both a swimming pool and a private hot spring. A soak truly soothes your whole body.
The biggest bonus is the service. The front desk lady was exceptionally kind and even thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide for us, which was very considerate. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch, and it offers great value for money. Staying here in Mile was truly comfortable, and I will definitely come again.

It's very comfortable to go for a run or a walk in the evening 😌 The front desk is very enthusiastic. The hotel thoughtfully gives a holiday gift package 🎁. Fruits are delivered to the room in the afternoon, and you can also soak in the hot springs ♨️. EEthanaiwanFacilities: My parents tripped over the raised edge of the bed in the picture, and my baby fell right off it.
The bathroom was large but lacked a separate shower and toilet area.
There were no clothes racks, wardrobes, or places to hang clothes in the room.
The TV in the room was a portable CRT monitor.
The outdoor hot spring pool was great; my baby had a lot of fun.
Service: Check-in required walking down to another guesthouse, ”Huanxi,” and the receptionist was expressionless. Breakfast also had to be eaten at ”Huanxi,” and when we arrived in the morning, the staff sitting at the entrance were playing on their phones and didn't even look up.
Golf 50-ball trial package: We didn't try it; no one explained it or told us about it.
Late-night snack: We walked to ”Huanxi” to eat at 10 PM, but didn't go.
This guesthouse was booked on short notice during our trip to Mile. We liked the outdoor decor and were hoping for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Having stayed at other guesthouses before, this one was somewhat disappointing. The service needs improvement; it's entirely self-service, not at all like a butler service. The staff we encountered on the way didn't even glance at us. There are still areas for improvement in the facilities, and the room still had a slight odor, possibly due to recent renovations.
I could tell the owner genuinely wanted to do a good job, so I'm writing this review with care; this is my experience as a guest.
