GGuest UserThis was my second Atour hotel in Yunnan. The location was excellent, very close to the lake and spring area, with a main road in front and plenty of parking. I tried the hot springs at 8:50 pm; the bathing area was beautifully decorated, but the changing area was disappointing—I could only change in the bathroom.
The breakfast was so-so, a far cry from the Atour hotels on Kunming's pedestrian street. The only advantage was the spacious guest rooms.

GGuest UserMile Mid-Levels to see the lake really exceeded expectations! The location is excellent, facing the Lake Spring Ecological Park, with a wide view and healing. The room is clean and spacious, and the whole house is smart + private soup. The privacy and experience are full! The service is warm and intimate, the breakfast is rich, and the public area is also very popular. Come to Maitreya to live here and never step on thunder. Full score recommendation!

AAnonymous UserThe room is of a suitable size, the bathroom is also big enough, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is good, and the service is thoughtful. To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

BBalibaocangI booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

XXiyouxiIt's very clean. The lady at the front desk also helped to upgrade the room type for free. Because it was a working day when we went, the outdoor hot spring only had one pool open. We went downstairs and the water was still being discharged. We sat next to it and waited for a while, and a waiter said You can go down and have a drink. The service is good in all aspects. What I want to especially praise is their breakfast. It’s so delicious. The braised chicken rice noodles are not inferior to the taste of other restaurants. I really like to eat toast. I used it. The butter is also from Anjia, not some other brand. You can also ask the chef to fry the omelette one side. I have to go to pick up the food many times and it will be troublesome. I am very satisfied. The shortcoming is probably that there is a house next to it. The sound of the construction work, the bed is very comfortable, but the noise makes it difficult to sleep in. However, the house under construction should be completed soon. I will stay here next time I go to Maitreya. It is convenient to park and go shopping around.

GGuest UserYuexinyuan is a great place to bring children. The staff are very welcoming, and the kids love them. Everyone greets guests with a smile, and the butler even gave the children water toys! These past few days in Mile, there weren't as many people, making the experience even better. The hotel has its own hot spring pool, so you don't have to go outside to soak. The breakfast is also plentiful, and you can even DIY your own coffee and waffles. There's also complimentary wine tasting in the lobby! In short, this trip to Mile was made even more wonderful by Yuexinyuan!

GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay. I booked a king-sized room, which was more than enough for one person. The hotel's public hot springs were clean and cozy. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. When I needed drinking water for the room, the staff brought it promptly. The breakfast tasted great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mile!

EEthanaiwanFacilities: My parents tripped over the raised edge of the bed in the picture, and my baby fell right off it.
The bathroom was large but lacked a separate shower and toilet area.
There were no clothes racks, wardrobes, or places to hang clothes in the room.
The TV in the room was a portable CRT monitor.
The outdoor hot spring pool was great; my baby had a lot of fun.
Service: Check-in required walking down to another guesthouse, ”Huanxi,” and the receptionist was expressionless. Breakfast also had to be eaten at ”Huanxi,” and when we arrived in the morning, the staff sitting at the entrance were playing on their phones and didn't even look up.
Golf 50-ball trial package: We didn't try it; no one explained it or told us about it.
Late-night snack: We walked to ”Huanxi” to eat at 10 PM, but didn't go.
This guesthouse was booked on short notice during our trip to Mile. We liked the outdoor decor and were hoping for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Having stayed at other guesthouses before, this one was somewhat disappointing. The service needs improvement; it's entirely self-service, not at all like a butler service. The staff we encountered on the way didn't even glance at us. There are still areas for improvement in the facilities, and the room still had a slight odor, possibly due to recent renovations.
I could tell the owner genuinely wanted to do a good job, so I'm writing this review with care; this is my experience as a guest.
