GGuest UserFacilities: We booked a two-bedroom cabin with a private hot spring tub. It's right next to another unit, so privacy is a bit limited. We were given a three-bedroom cabin, and I'm not sure if that was a mistake. While it looks a bit dated, there aren't any major issues overall, just a few points for improvement: 1) Not enough power outlets. 2) To access the hot tub in the backyard, you have to go out the front door and walk around to the back. It would be much more convenient if there was direct access from the cabin. 3) For a resort and hot spring hotel, there's a lack of drying facilities for clothes.
Cleanliness: No issues, it was well-maintained and clean. The hot tubs are also cleaned by staff, but the cleaning personnel wore their shoes directly into the tub, which wasn't a great sight.
Environment: Located within a park, the environment is undeniably beautiful, and the air is fresh. There's a shuttle service to the park's stations. I recommend visiting Monet's Garden; you can directly rent electric scooters by the lake.
Service: Excellent, with quick responses and a good attitude.
Dining: The breakfast restaurant has a wonderful view right by the lake, and the rice noodles are tasty.
Transportation isn't very convenient, as it's about half an hour from the city center, and there are no nearby dining options. However, if you're driving with kids, I highly recommend staying for two days to fully enjoy the experience.

GGuest UserTraveling in Yunnan with my kids for a week, we stayed at three hotels: Wyndham Grand, Naga.S, and Atour. Atour was by far our favorite! 👍👍 During this peak travel season, at the other two hotels, I had to wake up every night in the early hours to do laundry, because that was the only time I could find an available washing machine. Then I'd have to time it perfectly to get to the dryer. I barely got any sleep. I honestly thought all hotels were like this, until I got to Atour and found out their laundry room has staff who do it for you! You just drop off your clothes with your room number, and they wash, dry, and fold them, then deliver them to your room. That's absolutely amazing! Plus, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent. The other two hotels should really take some notes!

The bathtub is spacious and can comfortably soak in a hot spring, which is very pleasant.
The front desk clerk always smiles, is attentive and responsive.

AAnonymous UserThe room is of a suitable size, the bathroom is also big enough, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is clean, the environment is good, and the service is thoughtful. To be honest, I think it is okay to get such a room during the May Day holiday. After all, it is a national chain hotel. What I think is not right is that the hot spring water has a strong disinfectant smell. If the hot spring and swimming pool are open during normal times, it is still worth it.

BBalibaocangI booked a king-size lake view room, and the view was fantastic. The amenities were excellent; there's an outdoor swimming pool in the inner courtyard on the first floor, and indoors, a quiet reading nook that feels like a cafe. Breakfast was superb, even offering steak. The staff noticed we hadn't booked breakfast and suggested we get a Jinjiang Silver membership, which came with four breakfast vouchers. We didn't even need to use the vouchers, as the front desk gave us complimentary breakfast directly. We received complimentary fruit upon check-in and kids' towels and facial cleanser upon check-out. The only downside is that prices increase significantly closer to holidays, so you really need to book at least a week in advance to avoid the steep price hikes.

GGuest UserI had a very comfortable stay. I booked a king-sized room, which was more than enough for one person. The hotel's public hot springs were clean and cozy. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly. When I needed drinking water for the room, the staff brought it promptly. The breakfast tasted great. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mile!

GGuest UserA hot spring hotel with a very high price/performance ratio! I was worried that the facilities at this price may be average, but after I checked in, I found that the room decoration was very new, the sanitation was very meticulous, and even the corners were clean.
The hot spring area is very large, indoors and outdoors, the flow of people is well controlled, and there will be no ”down dumplings”. The water quality is clear and the frequency of water change looks quite high. The bathtub room is equipped with a medicine bath bag and a bath bag, which gives a plus point for the experience.
The service staff is very good, the front desk check-in is warm and fast, the room aunt will clean the things neatly, the details are very good. It is also convenient to eat around, and there are many local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Overall, great value for money, will bring friends next time!
