"I like this place very much, it's like living in a forest, with towering trees and bamboo forests, beautiful scenery, birds singing and flowers blooming, clean and comfortable bedding, complete facilities, super comfortable private hot spring, and green all around when you open the curtains. The best thing is the service of Tianyi. From check-in to check-out, all the staff will take the initiative to ask about your needs. As soon as we parked our car in the parking lot, the shuttle bus arrived immediately, and there was no need to call. Any staff member we met in the hotel would take the initiative to greet and offer help. You can tell the staff at the lobby door if you have any questions, and their attitude is as sincere as spring breeze. It is a good hotel worth staying in."

"Bad review! My first time writing a long review to give a bad rating! 0. To be fair, the hotel facilities are good. 1. I booked a travel photoshoot at 6:48 PM the day before, and at 9 AM on the day of the shoot, I was informed there was no availability and that I should contact a third party to arrange a time myself. 2. I checked in at 2:52 PM on the day of my stay, and was told the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I finally received my room key at 3:36 PM. The front desk offered breakfast as an apology (the next morning, I had to wait for a table at breakfast, yes, wait for breakfast). They also gave me a welcome drink at the lobby bar – I'm not sure if this was part of the apology or standard. I chose orange juice, which was clearly just poured from a 1.5L carton of NFC juice. 3. I had dinner at the Western restaurant, a semi-buffet for 188 yuan per person. For 188, I didn't expect gourmet food, so I accepted that the only drinks were Coke, Sprite, and lemon water. However, the Wellington steak, clearly pre-treated with tenderizer, was truly outrageous. I wondered why Wellington steak and half a roasted chicken were placed side-by-side for selection – they're completely incomparable. (I spoke to the chef, who claimed no tenderizer was used. I don't know, but my tongue told me that a bouncy, tender, flavorless, soggy yet not juicy fillet is abnormal. Of course, maybe it's just because a country bumpkin like me doesn't eat steak often). 4. After dinner, I returned to my room to fill the private hot spring. Since I didn't know how to operate it, I asked the front desk. The front desk then asked if I wanted someone to disinfect it. While the front desk staff were very polite, are you implying that you think I booked this 2000-yuan room without intending to use the private hot spring, and therefore didn't need to disinfect it before giving me the room key? I'm truly speechless. 5. Inconvenient transportation. It took 20 minutes to get a Didi (ride-hailing service), and I almost missed my high-speed train."

"This hotel stay was amazing! Initially, I was deliberating between this and other hotels inside the scenic area, but the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I had made the best decision. This is the kind of hotel I'd want to stay at for two nights. The lobby is exquisite, and the staff were incredibly warm and even helped me switch to the main building, which I preferred – a huge thank you! 🌹 The room was spacious, and the bedding was super comfortable. As someone with germophobia, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The quiet environment and surrounding forest views were incredibly therapeutic; I could take deep breaths and enjoy a true forest bath. Plus, there are 16 different hot spring pools with various functions. Going for a soak both nights and being able to see the stars was truly delightful. Getting to the scenic area was also convenient with dedicated shuttle service. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, and there were even various classes offered daily, though unfortunately, I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely love to come back and stay again next time! ❤️"

"The service was excellent and the environment was beautiful, with lots of small animals, making for a great ecosystem. The hotel is very large and offers plenty of picturesque spots for photos. You can easily spend your time at the hotel, taking pictures and enjoying the hot springs, which are very comfortable. The mattress was incredibly comfy, and breakfast was plentiful."

"We chose Mile over Jianshui for a few days' relaxation primarily because we discovered the newly opened Holiday Inn there. Our five-day stay at the Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. First off, this is a proper hotel, not one of those trendy simplified versions. What I mean is that its design and concept are genuinely geared towards providing guests with top-notch accommodation and service. The hotel boasts numerous public facilities: a bright and spacious lobby, an elegant little bar and lounge area, a kids' play corner, a starlit swimming pool, two hot spring pools with different temperatures, and a self-service laundry room. And then there's the restaurant – I absolutely have to mention it! The chef prepares a super rich breakfast every day, always with new surprises. I'm guessing the head chef is a master from Guangdong, though he told me he's from Yunnan. As for the rooms, they are large, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed, sheets, and duvet are all high-quality. What truly reflects the hotel's quality are the in-room furnishings: the Holiday Inn has chosen truly comfortable chairs and sofas, the kind you can relax in while reading or listening to music. The most valuable asset of this hotel, however, is its entire staff. Every single person is friendly and polite, genuinely caring for each guest. A big thank you to Xiao Ji at the front desk, Nancy at the bar, KoKo at the restaurant, and the ever-present Gavin and Jennifer, along with their entire team. The hotel's location is opposite Honghe Water Village. We walked to Dahou Park every day for a stroll, visited nearby coffee shops, tried various restaurants, and after dinner, headed to Honghe Water Village to enjoy the bustling atmosphere. We are very much looking forward to staying at this hotel again next time. Highly recommend this excellent place."

"My child had been looking forward to this cabin for a long time. After checking in at the hotel lobby, we drove our own car, following the staff in their golf cart, to our respective cabins. We booked the Luxury Private Hot Spring Cabin, which is a one-bedroom, one-living room, one-bathroom unit on the ground floor, with its own private entrance and courtyard, offering great privacy. The courtyard is very spacious, and the greenery is well-maintained, featuring a private hot spring tub, outdoor loungers, and table and chairs. Our room, 1210, was in the first row by the lake, and we could catch a glimpse of the lake view over the fence. Breakfast was served at the lakeside restaurant, a leisurely 10-15 minute walk away. During the May Day holiday, the restaurant was very crowded for breakfast, and we had to share a table. Overall, the breakfast was decent, but due to the large crowd, there were long queues for the coffee machine. The indoor area of the Luxury Private Hot Spring Cabin wasn't overly large, and the bedroom was a bit small, but it was sufficient for a family of three. It was a novel experience for families with kids who haven't stayed in a forest cabin before. We could relax and unwind in the courtyard or enjoy a comfortable soak in the hot spring. Overall, I really liked and was satisfied with our stay. It was also very quiet at night, except for the occasional honking of the silly geese by the lake. One suggestion: it would be great to add more courtyard lights, especially near the steps, as it's too dark at night and quite dangerous descending the steps, requiring a phone flashlight. The service, from the front desk to the shuttle staff, was excellent. It's definitely worth another visit."

"Came here for the hot springs and it didn't disappoint! The rooftop hot spring pool on the seventh floor is the highlight. You can enjoy a high-altitude panoramic view of Mile city and the sunset while soaking in the warm water – perfect for stunning photos. At night, you can also admire the city lights, which is incredibly relaxing. The pools are cleaned and refilled daily, so the water quality is excellent. After a soak, I felt completely refreshed. Being able to enjoy natural hot springs without leaving the hotel made this trip to Mile absolutely worth it!"
