"Bringing my kids to the Mile Hot Spring Hotel was a fantastic decision! The family room was amazing. The owner even gave us a free upgrade! The room was spacious, and my child had their own little bed and toys, which they absolutely loved. The private hot spring on the balcony had the perfect water temperature, it was clean and very private โ€“ our whole family thoroughly enjoyed soaking in it. The hotel also thoughtfully provided kids' toiletries and slippers, showing great attention to service. Full marks, highly recommend!"
