"The rooms have an old-fashioned, 'cadre' style, but the outdoor environment is truly beautiful. The hotel even has swans and squirrels that you can feed. The hot spring is also very good. The service is nice, and breakfast is plentiful. If it weren't for the high price of a five-star hotel, I'd love to come and stay here for the winter. Unlimited single-person access to the Lake Spring Mid-Mountain Hot Spring, open from 9 AM to 11:30 PM, very comfortable. Service: Free shuttle bus service within the resort to and from the restaurant and hot spring."

"Seriously, the value for money at this hotel is insane! (Especially with the included scenic area tickets, hot spring passes, and swimming pool access, it's already a steal, plus there are so many other activities to experience). Even though I only stayed for one day, the experience was fantastic. The receptionist, Ju Zi (Orange), was incredibly warm and responsive to messages. I've already recommended it to so many friends since I got back, and I'll definitely go again if I have the chance. A minor downside: There seems to be a significant difference between the main building and the annex, with the main building feeling more luxurious. Also, you can't order takeout, so you're limited to eating within the scenic area, although there are vending machines in the hotel. It would be even better if there was a convenience store."

"I've been there a few times, and the service is still acceptable. The first time I went was before the pandemic; there was no butler, but the evening desserts, welcome fruit, and drinks in the mini-bar were all very well provided. This time, the overall amenities seemed to have declined. For breakfast, you can no longer use the restaurant in the accommodation area; you have to take a bus to the restaurant in the Lake Spring Hotel below. Previously, evening desserts included egg tarts and cakes, but now only milk is available. The milk has also changed from Zhadian to Laisi'er. The hot springs are still very nice—quiet, and you can even see swans."

Mile Bonny Hotel

"Looks great on the outside, but doesn't deliver on the inside. The hotel's decor is nice, the exterior is grand, and the facilities are new. However, there are too few hot spring pools – only 5 of them. The largest one is actually a swimming pool, and the actual hot spring pools are small; about 4 people fill them up. At most, they can accommodate 5 families for hot springs. When you want to use them, you simply can't get in. The indoor hot spring also never has water. There are roughly 24 rooms per floor, and a total of 9 residential floors, meaning about 200 families could stay here. This essentially means only 5 families can enjoy the hot springs, leaving the remaining 195 to queue and wait. If you're just staying at the hotel, it's fine, but if you're coming for the hot springs, forget it."

"The guest rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is courteous. There are hot springs only at night. The hot springs are original springs. Water is pulled from the soil and changed every day. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and is great."

"I got a free room upgrade to one with a private hot spring tub. The room was spacious and very clean. On the hotel's rooftop, there's an indoor and outdoor hot spring garden and an infinity pool. From the restaurant on the seventh floor, you can get a full panoramic view of the scenic area across the way."

"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They even gave us a little guide they made themselves, which was such a thoughtful touch! It's pet-friendly, which is a huge bonus. The breakfast was really extensive, they even had steak! The environment was very satisfying. Highly recommend, everyone should check it out!"

"Facilities: Many of the facilities are old and outdated, and most importantly, the cleanliness is terrible. 👎🏻 It's just a slapdash job. See the pictures for details: the previous guest's false eyelashes are still stuck to the cabinet. It's obvious that the cabinet hasn't been cleaned at all. The barbecue grill is disgusting, with so much oil that even the sides of the table are covered in grease!! The children's clothes were stained and couldn't be washed out. 😖😖 My mom wiped it down inside and out with a cloth. The room also had a strong musty smell. 😭😭"
