Mile Hotels with Kitchens

"When traveling with my girlfriend, the most important thing is the hotel, followed by the food. I've been to Mile many times, and honestly, the hotels there are generally quite good. But this time, the Mountain Retreat was a truly delightful surprise. The service was on par with a five-star international hotel. From the welcome gift to the hotel's amenities, everything made for a wonderful stay. The lobby design is a wonderful blend of Chinese and Western elements. It's spacious, and the hand-drip coffee is excellent! The hot spring on the first floor has both public and private pools, and importantly, it's very well-ventilated—not stuffy at all! Since I drove there, I parked right next to the hotel, making it convenient to go out and explore. What surprised me most was the body lotion provided by the hotel; it smelled amazing! I only used half a bottle, but I took the rest home to find the same product online, haha. It wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth the price. In my opinion, a truly good value experience is what I call value for money! I didn't take pictures of the room because we arrived too late and slept in a mess. You can see other people's pictures. "The hotel offers great value for money and boasts a classic, antique charm. Located in the heart of Honghe Water Town, it comprises two courtyards, the South Courtyard and the North Courtyard. The second and third floors house the guest rooms, though there is no elevator. The third floor features a large platform with a scenic view, perfect for drying clothes, relaxing, drinking tea, or having gatherings. The hotel has a rich cultural atmosphere, with calligraphy and paintings adorning the corridors and hallways. There is also a large two-story study with a wide selection of books. It's a place you'd want to return to after staying there."
