Stayed for two days, and the room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The service was warm and welcoming, and the hotel's location offers great transport links. The room even came with 4 bottles of water, tea bags, and coffee sachets. Highly recommended!

The front desk is really average and will not go in the future. Open the hourly room to rest and tell me that there is no room to sit there and wait for the room. During the whole period, no one notified me that I had a vacant room. A guest went to the front desk and asked if there was a vacant room for him to check in and no one called me to check in. Then I went to the front desk to ask and said there was a room available. 😅😅😅😅 I have lived in the worst season

The room was luxurious, clean and hygienic, the bed was very comfortable to sleep, the facilities were very new, the breakfast was very rich, the picture was forgotten... Next to it was a small ancient town, but we didn't have time to go.

The hotel boasts a great location and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and I received a complimentary room upgrade. It's excellent value for money. I left my Bluetooth earphones in the room after check-out, and the front desk promptly sent them via express delivery. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The room had a great wet/dry separation, and the heating was excellent. Hygiene: Absolutely fantastic, the cleanliness down to the details was superb, very clean. Environment: Truly outstanding, just look at the pictures – lots of people were taking photos. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. This is truly a wonderful hotel, highly recommended!

Stayed here a few times before and score worse now, reasons being 1. that they insist they need to take a picture of you even though they have passport copy and all other info 2. There was a bad smell in the room. Could obviously have gone back down and asked for another but was late and I didnt want the hassle so I suppose I can suit myself, but anyway whoever put the room in order should have informed the mgmt or done something about it. Otherwise the place and room is in great condition and meets all the needs. Clean and quiet. Very local breakfast but I dont mind. Good location for my needs so will probably try it again next time despite this trips shortcomings

Although Nanyang is a small city, this hotel is newly decorated and the bedding is very comfortable.
