Recommendation: Due to recent road construction nearby, please inquire with guests in advance whether they drive and provide directions. I am quite sensitive to smells, and although I had booked a double room, there was a noticeable odor upon entering, so I negotiated with the front desk to change rooms. Overall, the rooms are quite spacious and suitable for business travelers.

My stay was perfect, with efficient and enthusiastic service. The room design was simple, elegant, and very user-friendly, not to mention spotless. The hotel offers laundry service, which is a great convenience for travelers. The shower had stable and strong water pressure, making for a comfortable wash. The bed and pillows were also clean and very comfortable, allowing for a truly relaxing experience.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, but this experience was particularly amazing! The room was thoughtfully decorated, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean, providing a perfect stay. The staff were attentive and meticulous throughout, responding promptly and warmly, demonstrating professionalism in every detail. The overall environment was clean and reassuring; both the hygiene standards and service quality far exceeded those of similar hotels in Nanyang. I always feel safe and secure during my stay. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well-equipped, with parking and convenient parking. The breakfast buffet is average, and the public food tastes popular and can meet the needs. The waiter works carefully, has a warm attitude, answers all questions, and is responsive. There are many restaurants around the hotel and it is convenient to eat.

Be prepared for room door knocking twice a day: one in afternoon for fruit plate delivery, the other in the evening for a cup of soup. 6. What most appreciated was that I received an additional service and special care: I checked out at a heavy rainy moment, no taxi and couldn’t walk to bus stop. To help me catch the train, Mr. WANG Lei, the manager on duty, immediately loaded my luggage in his car and drove me to the train station. My 4-day stay ended in this surprising VIP service

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent and convenient. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and overall, it offered great value for money. It was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: The room had a great wet/dry separation, and the heating was excellent. Hygiene: Absolutely fantastic, the cleanliness down to the details was superb, very clean. Environment: Truly outstanding, just look at the pictures – lots of people were taking photos. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. This is truly a wonderful hotel, highly recommended!

The whole stay experience was quite good. The location of the hotel is very convenient, travel and eating are worry-free. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the soundproofing was OK, and the night was very quiet and sleep well. The front desk service is warm, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, and the details are very intimate. The facilities are well maintained and well maintained, and the price is very high. The only small shortcoming is that individual small details can be improved a little bit. The overall is worth recommending. I will give priority to this next time.

I was surprised by the excellent service at the Ji Hotel in Dengzhou, a county-level city, on my first visit. It was far better than other Ji Hotels I've stayed at in other cities; perhaps it's influenced by the service at Pang Donglai Hotel in Henan. Initially, there was no welcome fruit, but after mentioning that it was usually provided, they brought it to me. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to satisfy different needs. The breakfast staff were particularly attentive and friendly, recommending which dishes were good and what flavors were available, all with smiles and polite greetings. They even gave us a lot of desserts and fruits to take home when we heard we were going to work in a remote area at noon, which we appreciated if we didn't have lunch. Today, it started raining heavily. I hadn't brought an umbrella, but after mentioning it at the front desk, they arranged for someone to hold an umbrella for me and escort me to a taxi at the door – very thoughtful. With such service awareness and actions, I believe this Ji Hotel in Dengzhou will only get better and better. Keep it up!
