"This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel, I basically choose here for business trips. The location is very good, the room facilities and environment are very stylish, the most important thing is that the front desk and room service are really humane. So I wrote this evaluation specially, and I just saw a bad evaluation. I was on the scene at the time. After reading the content and the merchant's reply, I witnessed the whole thing. I really felt that the hotel was too wrong.
At that time, the two young ladies at the front desk had been very gentle and patient to communicate with each other, and the tone was peaceful, polite and restrained, and there was no dispute or neglect. From the perspective of consumers, the hotel is protecting the safety of every guest. It is obviously the guest's own reason first. The front desk has been politely explaining and handling it properly. The hotel is completely adhering to the regulations and responsible. It is too wrong."

Let's talk about the hotel situation. The location of the hotel is OK, not far from the mansion, and there are many foods around. The hotel room is not big, dry and wet separation, the sink is super mini, there is a phone in the room, but the front desk number is not marked, I don't know how to call the front desk. The biggest problem is that the sound insulation of the room is too bad! The sound of traffic on the road outside, the voice of the guests in the corridor can be heard clearly, which makes me doubt that the window is not closed!"

"During the May Day holiday, I took two little babies to Nanyang and stayed in the ”Nanshan Returns to Birds” parent-child room of Nanshan Garden Hotel. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy, especially the room is more loved by two little babies. I originally booked for 4 nights and temporarily stayed for one more night. The hotel's services are in place. Especially the front desk is more responsive, the breakfast is rich, the restaurant is small and exquisite, the physical examination is excellent, the hotel's pick-up station (machine) and afternoon tea ”service is warm heart ❤, next time you come to Nanyang, you will stay at Nanshan Garden Residence!"
