WoshixingzhelaoliuThis stay experience is particularly satisfactory, you must praise it. The room was cleaned very meticulously, there was no dust in the corners, desktops, and bathrooms, the bedding was dry and tidy, and the living was particularly comfortable. The hotel's supporting facilities are very complete, toiletries, charging sockets, storage space are all available, and it is very convenient to use. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, hot dishes, noodles, porridge, fruits, drinks, the taste is online, can meet the taste of different people, breakfast is very satisfying. The staff is warm and polite, the check-in and check-out efficiency is high, the demand response is timely, and the attitude is gentle and intimate. It is convenient to park in the parking lot. You don't have to worry about parking spaces when you travel by car, and it is convenient to enter and exit. The overall price is very high, the environment is comfortable, the service is in place, whether it is a business trip or a travel is very suitable, next time you come here, you will choose to stay, recommend it to everyone.

Guest User1. Basic room type, no privacy, the window is on the adjacent balcony. It's unbearable to stay in the room unless you draw the curtains. To protect privacy, you have to accept the room having no window.
2. Hotel prices fluctuate wildly. We paid the price of a balcony room for a basic room, and were very unhappy.
3. Don't have high expectations for the hotel's complimentary lunch and dinner. We ate out ourselves, and the food was terrible—very little food, and the dishes weren't clean.
4. The hotel was very crowded. When we checked in, there was a meeting and a wedding banquet. The laundry room was full and unusable, and the parking lot was full; we circled around three times before we could find a parking spot.

Facilities: The amenities are excellent, including a Dyson hairdryer. On the ground floor, there are complimentary welcome fruits and ice cream. The restaurant offers free late-night snacks that are incredibly delicious – I'd even say they're better than Yang Ji's sour rice noodles. The chicken soup is freshly made daily with very fresh ingredients.
Service: The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff are welcoming, beautiful, and have sweet voices. They are thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly elevated our experience and made our Pu'er trip even more enjoyable!
The hotel provides a complimentary laundry service; clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to the room. This was a lifesaver for all our dirty travel clothes, so we could go home with everything clean.
Environment: The room is very spacious, and the bathtub retains heat exceptionally well, making for a very comfortable soak. Disposable toiletries are promptly replenished, and the hygiene is impeccable, making for a truly pleasant stay!

Olive GohWhen I started planning our itinerary for our 15 day Yunnan holiday, I plotted out our path to go all the way up to Shangri-la, back down to Kunming and then to Jiaozi Snow Mountain and Dongchuan Red Land. Then I chanced upon a video of Aini Garden and fell in love! The only reason we came to Pu'er was to get to Aini. This was the first place I booked, and I really took a chance because it has a no cancellation policy and I really had to stick to the date once it was made.
The initial pre-arrival experience was less than pleasant. I didn't know how we were going to get to the manor and my WeChat messages went unanswered. The hotel we stayed at in Pu'er finally got in touch with someone and got them to message me. I asked how we could get there and the answer was a curt ”take a taxi or charter a car”. No pleasantries of ”we look forward to seeing you” or offering to arrange a car.
When we arrived, no one was at reception and no one came out. Our driver was so perplexed he wondered if we were in the right place and if the place was open. Finally a young girl came out and registered us in. There was an air of aloofness from everyone else. However, once we were checked in, things warmed up quickly. We were offered coffee and freshly cut papaya and had a nice introduction chat with the lady staff.
The bedroom and bathroom is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. We would have enjoyed sitting on the balcony if the chairs were more comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling glass windows but the panel above the door should also be glass (it is just netting) so traffic sounds from the road actually comes through at night. I actually wanted to book the cottage in the hills but opted for the standard room in the main house because I was worried it would be cold. Big regret as it is actually magnificently located with stunning views. However take note that you will need to call for a buggy ride or make a 1km hike every time you want to eat or get to the main house. If you are self driving, no issues as you can park right next to the cottage. Anyway it's a small price to pay for an unlimited view of the milky way and seclusion.
This is as close to a Ryokan experience as you can get in China, minus the hot springs. 3 days 2 nights of blissful, carefree living is not quite enough. They make sure they feed you well, with the freshest produce available for hotpot dinner and home-cooked Yunnanese dishes for lunch. There are so many activities organised, from taking you up the mountain for a glimpse of sunrise (with mountain goats for company ❤️) to coffee plantation education tour to horseback riding along the mountain ridges (the view is spectacular!) to scavenging for wild vegetables and fruits to drinking, dancing and singing around the campfire! So much to do, so little time!
One area of improvement I personally would like to see is the coffee serving. They tend to be quite snobbish about how their coffee is taken. Neat, with nothing else. Asking for sugar or milk feels nearly scorned upon. Coffee is a versatile drink and can be savoured in a huge variety of ways. How else is Starbucks so successful? I felt kind of stifled and deprived because I love a good latte and had looked forward to enjoying an unlimited indulgence of coffee throughout our stay.
Anyhow, I love the ecotourism efforts here. It feels natural and unpretentious. I love the people and the camaraderie they cultivate. I especially enjoyed talking to their consultant 敬梅, a beautiful lady with extensive knowledge in Yunnan culture and ecological progress. Also thank you to 徐芳 for arranging transport back to town and giving helpful recommendations. We hope to return again.

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a positive review for a hotel! The accommodation was excellent. They offer complimentary drinks and popsicles on the first floor.
I was even upgraded to a better room for free, which I really appreciate.
The room was fully equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, making everything super convenient. They also provide free late-night snacks, and the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful. When I asked for one late-night snack, they even offered to let me try a variety of options! The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, and in addition to regular towels, they also provide disposable towels. For rooms with bathtubs, they even include bath amenities, which is a nice touch.
After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and pick it up later when I returned from my errands.

The room was great, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Ximahe Park, which I really enjoyed. I've stayed here twice already. The laundry service is convenient, and I loved being able to walk to Ximahe Park in the mornings and evenings to take beautiful photos. There's also a market right outside the hotel, making it easy to buy fruit, and several restaurants nearby for convenient dining.

OhouLanting Garden Hotel saved my trip to Mojiang. I didn’t expect there is such a sophisticated hotel here. The environment is elegant, there are pleasing green plants outside the window, and the layout and lighting of the room are more humane. The breakfast options are quite rich. The female staff in the breakfast room is very dedicated and takes care of everyone's needs. When she sees a child getting food by himself, she will kindly and proactively help. The front desk is also very professional. Whether you ask for paper cups or mineral water, they will meet your requests quickly and considerately, which is great. Recommended to everyone going to Mojiang.

The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive, providing thoughtful and attentive service. It's very convenient for getting around and dining, the facilities are excellent, and it's quiet with good soundproofing. The value for money is exceptional. It's my top choice for business trips or travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.
