Facilities: The guesthouse is quite new. There's a coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor, so guests can make coffee. The toilet in the room is also quite new and clean. The small table in the room is a bit unstable and wobbles a little. The pillows on the bed are too high; my head kept falling off while I was sleeping. Cleanliness: Overall, it's clean, considering it's a new guesthouse. However, I would suggest providing a dedicated shower mat in the shower room and changing it daily. This way, you can step on the mat after showering and avoid making a mess in the bathroom. Environment: The surrounding area is quite quiet, and I slept very well. Getting around by taxi is very convenient; it's a 20-30 minute walk to Simao Old Street. Service: The owner is very welcoming. In the evenings, he invites guests to have tea and chat and recommends good restaurants. A simple breakfast is prepared in the morning, including fruit, eggs, bread, yogurt, and milk.

The owner's wife makes delicious breakfasts, and the owners are very hospitable. They even took us to pick early spring tea this season. They were very considerate of us with our baby. It was so pleasant to sit at the tea table with the owners, drinking tea and enjoying the breeze. The old Pu'er cuisine restaurant next door is very authentic.

This guesthouse is located in Jingmai Dazhai, close to the Golden Pagoda, and conveniently situated with easy access to transportation and dining options. If you're unsure whether to stay in Nuogan or Wengji, this is a good place to stay initially. The double room has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountains, offering views of the sea of ​​clouds. The cleanliness is good, and breakfast includes rice noodles, eggs, and some local snacks, which I found acceptable for a guesthouse. It's quite quiet. The landlady is very welcoming. When I arrived, it was raining, and I was a little lost. She picked me up in her car and carefully explained the surrounding area and directions. She also drove me to my parking spot when I left. Overall, a good experience.

My self-driving friend in Pu'er, Yunnan, introduced me to a hotel I booked online. Pu'er Xinpu Smart Hotel did not disappoint me. It's really good. The beauty at the front desk provided good service. The room was clean and tidy. The floor attendants worked carefully and the room was kept spotless. The hotel waiters met I will take the initiative to say hello to you! The hotel has its own parking lot in the backyard, as well as an underground parking lot. I didn't go underground, so I parked on the ground every day when I came back. The breakfast room is large and bright. There are many kinds of meals, and they are different every day. It can be seen that they are thoughtful. I stayed in the hotel for two days and felt very good. It was a satisfactory stay. High praise! If you are going to Pu'er, Yunnan, you can stay here with confidence.

Although the weather we came in the past two days was not very good, Guyan Inn can relax. Just sitting on the platform and watching the clouds or drinking tea in the courtyard and watching the trees, I can stay in a daze all day. The overall design of the inn and some small details can see that the boss is carefully built. The location of the inn is in Mangyu, the first stockade on the mountain, but the location is very good, on the slope of the mountain, there is no obstruction in front, you can see the beautiful sea of clouds or sunset. I also climbed up the back mountain by myself, but unfortunately it rained that day, and I saw that the sea of clouds did not sunrise. Self-driving, in fact, not far from each stockade, after passing Jingmai Dazhai, it became a drying board stone road, more injured tires. The restaurant's production is also very good, especially worth mentioning is a chicken two eating crab feet chicken soup, our family Laoguang highly recognized.

The hotel has a good location with restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The breakfast was good, and parking in the courtyard was convenient. There's a bus stop right outside, just one stop from the old town. Highly recommended.

The fact that dogs are allowed is a big plus. Parking is convenient downstairs, and there are slow chargers, although they're a bit expensive 😂. We booked the largest suite, on the top floor, away from the street, so we couldn't hear any street noise. However, there's a water pump on the roof, and you can clearly hear it running from the rooms, especially the one to the left of the entrance. The one to the right is less noticeable. Since I'm a very light sleeper, my husband had to sleep in the room where he could hear the pump, but he said he could hear it too. So, I think this issue really needs to be addressed. Either add a soundproofing mat to the roof, or move the pump to a location not under the rooms. We stayed for two days. The first day, since only our room had breakfast, they prepared very little, which is understandable. The second day, with more people, they prepared more food.

The location is great, right in the center of the village. You can enjoy the sea of clouds and sunset from the second-floor tea room without even leaving. It's very relaxing, and the staff's attitude is quite good. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. Although you can enjoy free tea in the second-floor tea room, it's a bit disappointing that there are no complimentary tea bags in the room. Even hotels not located in tea-producing regions usually provide tea bags in every room. 2. If the shower and toilet aren't separated, they should at least provide a pair of plastic slippers. Otherwise, wearing disposable slippers after a shower is very slippery and easy to trip. Not wearing any shoes isn't hygienic, especially since it's about 2 meters from the shower to the door.
