"The service here is incredibly thoughtful. From the moment we checked in, Xiao Luo guided us with such warmth and enthusiasm. Any request was met with a swift response, and that feeling of being perfectly cared for immediately put us at ease. Being 'on call' wasn't just an empty promise. Whether we needed travel advice, a taxi, or had a minor issue, a quick phone call would promptly bring someone to help, eliminating any worries. That's exactly the kind of stress-free pace a vacation should have. The manor itself is nestled amidst lush green mountains. Opening the window reveals a panorama of verdant scenery, the air thick with the scent of negative oxygen ions. Surrounded by the chirping of insects and birds, you feel gently enveloped by nature, and all the fatigue from city life simply melts away. Big praise for the restaurant's food! The ingredients are fresh, many featuring local flavors. Though homely, the dishes are prepared with such care, making every meal satisfying and memorable. There's no need to worry about your stomach being neglected while on holiday. The most delightful surprise was the friendly animals. The red pandas are adorably irresistible, and various other cute creatures roam freely, unafraid of people. Being able to interact with them up close instantly awakened our inner child; both adults and kids couldn't tear themselves away."

"De Ting Hotel in Puer has the best reputation and service, and it's absolutely true. This particular branch is a bit further from the city center, about an 8-minute one-way ride by electric scooter, but it offers a better environment and larger rooms. We got a room upgrade; it was spacious, clean, and the hardware was solid, typical of a well-maintained hotel. The free laundry service for 6 items per night, including drying, was incredibly practical and super fast. The staff always greeted us with smiles and hellos, matching the standards of high-star chain hotels – I really appreciated that. I especially want to commend the young ladies and gentlemen working at the Rainforest Cafe on the first floor. They were very respectful of personal space but also occasionally refilled our water or poured us a glass; their enthusiasm was perfectly appropriate. Thank you all. The hotel still has some minor issues that could be improved, such as the noise when there are many children, and better communication about room privacy beforehand. Nevertheless, we would still choose to book here again when we're in Puer. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that."

"The overall硬件 (hardware/facilities) of the hotel are excellent, but the front desk service was a bit disappointing. Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all kinds of facilities. The location was convenient, and the hotel parking lot was large and easy to park in. The breakfast selection was decent, and the taste was average. Areas for improvement: When checking in, there was a large crowd, and it was quite chaotic. I was checking in with two children, and the front desk originally intended to offer free breakfast for the kids, but their communication was easily misunderstood. Initially, I thought breakfast for children under 12 was chargeable, which is rare in my experience with many hotels, and can easily lead to misunderstandings. I hope the front desk can optimize their communication. Additionally, I noticed the front desk giving welcome gifts to other guests during check-in, but we didn't receive any upon departure, which made us feel like we were being treated differently. The room itself was satisfying. The overall experience would be even better if the front desk's service details and communication could be improved."

The breakfast and the serene mornings at Meizi Lake were truly the highlights, and I have to praise them individually! **Breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious** 🍜 The buffet breakfast offered an amazing variety, far exceeding expectations. The authentic Pu'er rice noodles had generous toppings, rich broth, and were so good I had them two days in a row without getting tired of them. There were also freshly grilled steaks, pork chops, and bacon, along with hot dishes, congee, pastries, and fresh fruits – catering to both Chinese and Western preferences. I left feeling completely satisfied. The ingredients were carefully selected, and the flavors were spot on – the perfect way to start a beautiful day! **The morning at Meizi Lake was breathtakingly beautiful** 🌫️ Staying by the lake is pure bliss! Opening the window in the morning, Meizi Lake was enveloped in a thin mist, like a flowing ink wash painting. The lake water was emerald green and clear, reflecting the green mountains and blue sky, with golden sunlight piercing through the morning fog. Walking along the 4-kilometer wooden boardwalk by the lake, the air was filled with the fragrance of tea and fresh vegetation, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. Every step was a scenic view, and every casual shot looked like a professional photograph. The hotel service was attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the electric carts were readily available on call, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was perfect. This is my top choice for a Pu'er vacation, and I will definitely come again!"

"This was my first time at Songtsan. Overall, the hotel was up to par. The afternoon tea and breakfast options were a bit limited, especially the breakfast, which didn't change much for several days. The soundproofing in the room was also very poor, allowing me to clearly tell when the boy upstairs was sleeping downstairs. The restaurant was definitely infested with flies and mosquitoes, which is probably unavoidable in an open space. Other amenities and services were excellent, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The housekeeper was also very responsive and communication was smooth!"
