Facilities: No bathrobes provided. The soundproofing in the room was terrible; you could hear every car passing by outside, which was a huge drawback. I had to rely on earplugs to sleep. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable either. Service: Excellent, very polite and courteous. Breakfast: I didn't eat it, but I took a look and it seemed decent enough, though I wouldn't pay extra for it.

1. I truly recommend this hotel! The cleanliness is outstanding, there wasn't a single strange smell in the room, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. It made for a very comfortable and stress-free stay. 2. The value for money here is incredible. The location is easy to find and convenient for transport, the room was spacious with great natural light, and the bed was just right – not too hard, not too soft – so I slept really well. 3. My first stay here was absolutely fantastic. It was super clean, well-equipped, and any issues I had were resolved immediately. The service is simply excellent.

Amazing overall! Style, taste, and service were all top-notch! Excellent value for money! 1. We brought our dog, and they provided a high-quality dog bed, toys, deodorant, wet wipes, and even poop bags – so thoughtful! 2. They decorated the room for our dog's birthday for free, which was incredibly heartwarming! 3. They gave us an extra breakfast, both generous and attentive! 4. They personally guided us to our room, explaining the hotel layout and functional areas along the way – truly dedicated service! 5. KTV room, billiards room, kids' play area, private hot spring, meditation room, in-room projector – all available for free on demand… Such great value… 6. The common areas looked exactly like the photos, perfect for pictures, and even had a free Nintendo Switch to play. 7. They have collaborations with local cultural and creative brands, and intangible heritage experiences, offering many discounts… Highly recommend, I'd definitely go back again!!!

Extremely satisfied! The hotel's facilities, environment, and service are all excellent, with every detail, both hardware and software, being perfectly executed. Great value for money! You can tell the owner is very good at business and quite generous! Oh, there's one tiny flaw I forgot to mention to the staff: the shower door tends to hit the glass partition separating it from the toilet when opened. Perhaps a bumper strip could be added to prevent guests from accidentally breaking it.

I've been wanting to visit for a long time, and I finally made it to Dajiao this time. It's a secluded paradise nestled by the mountains and waters. The courtyard is huge and beautifully landscaped. The service here is truly excellent; every staff member is attentive and friendly. There are so many activities scheduled every day, we were constantly busy, and the kids had a blast burning off energy. What's most worth mentioning is their breakfast; it's genuinely better than many five-star hotels, with lots of freshly made items. I'll definitely come back when the weather cools down a bit.

This private onsen hotel is incredibly thoughtful! Not only are the hot spring baths clean and private, but they also provide disposable toiletries, which is both hygienic and reassuring. The welcome gifts even included a fan and wet wipes, which were very practical. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and heartwarming stay. My experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

Given its mountain location, it's common to encounter small insects. If you're not bothered by this, it could be a good choice. However, there was an issue with the staff regarding the tickets for the Yingxi Peak Forest T3 Organic Tea Garden. We were short-changed on the complimentary tea garden tickets. For our group of three adults and one child, they only provided three tickets instead of the four we should have received. The staff initially claimed that two children could enter with one adult, but upon reaching the tea garden, we were forced to purchase an additional ticket. This meant we were essentially scammed out of one ticket, which was incredibly frustrating. Everything else was largely fine, so I'm baffled why they would cause such an unpleasant experience just to save the cost of a single ticket.

The environment outside the hotel is very good, but the room is a bit old and the facilities are not new! The room also does not have a refrigerator, need to put the things you want to snow at the hotel service desk  handle on your behalf! In the first room I stayed in, the door couldn't close automatically! Need to close the door vigorously yourself! I saw the price was reasonable and didn't mind anything so I didn't change the room, but the next day the cleaning aunt didn't help me close the door after cleaning, luckily no one came in and I stole something from my room! I immediately went to the service desk to change another room! The counter service was also very happy to help with it! Breakfast is average! It's still acceptable!

The facilities are modern, the environment is peaceful, and the soundproofing is excellent. The butler was very responsive and helpful, which I really appreciate. Parking is convenient, and the amenities are comprehensive. The water in the water park is very clean, and there are many facilities for children to enjoy. We will definitely come back again.

Heads up: the hotel's parking entrance is a bit tricky to find. It's located around the corner, right by the Sheraton hotel's entrance, so make sure to keep a close eye on your navigation. We were assigned a room on the 26th floor, and the view upon opening the door was incredibly open and expansive. For just 300 RMB, getting a two-bedroom, one-living room suite offers fantastic value for money. Plus, it's super convenient, with Taihe Cave just a 300-meter walk away.
