"The service was very good, I booked 2 rooms, took the children, and the front desk gave the children a gift package when checking in. The emotional value of the child was immediately full. The room was clean and comfortable. The quality of hotel service is high. Because the children are nostalgic for the hot springs in the hotel, they need to check out 1 hour late. After communicating with the front desk, they agree to check out late. I have been happy for a long time and come back next time. (I didn't take a photo of the room, I took a photo of the hot spring on the 4th floor ♨️)"

"First off, I have to commend the hotel's thoughtful service—right after checking in, a staff member immediately helped with our luggage. This unexpected surprise instantly melted away our travel fatigue; it was truly heartwarming!
The hotel's ambiance is simply beyond words. The overall design is incredibly beautiful, with both the lobby decor and room furnishings exuding style. The view from the window is also very pleasant, making for a truly relaxing experience.
I especially want to praise the front desk attendant. His service attitude was super enthusiastic! Not only was the check-in process quick, but he also patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local eateries, which made us feel very welcome.
Finally, I must mention the hotel's dinner—the taste was absolutely fantastic! The dishes were diverse, the ingredients fresh, and every bite showed true care. This stay was a perfect 10, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

GGuest UserA newly opened hotel in the county seat, come to play for two days to experience, parking is very convenient, you can also charge. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, check-in is fast, there is coffee to try, the service is full! I really like the decoration style of this house. The room is so big, and the voice control lights and curtains can play music. I am very happy to live!

GGuest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Hygiene: The toilet was spotless and fragrant, with an automatic flushing system. There was a huge TV and a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du). Truly top-notch, offering excellent value for money.
Environment: The lobby was spacious, bright, comfortable, elegant, and grand.
Service: The front desk lady had a beautiful and sweet smile. She even gave me a box of Yao Village specialty vegetables (cai xin), and the breakfast was also good.

The multiple pools are at a comfortable temperature, and the spring water is crystal clear. After a soak, I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and comfortable. The room was spacious and bright, with soft bedding, and was spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and attentive, responding promptly to all requests. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, offering great value for money. It's definitely worth a return visit!

GGuest UserThe garden is large in size, well maintained, and full of design elements, there are many leisure locations, you can lie down and sit. The pool is large and the pool water is clean! The living room can sing K, play mahjong, and have a large kitchen. The room has plenty of beds and can accommodate more than a dozen people. The whole house is clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water is very fast! The community is quiet and beautiful, and the natural environment is very good! Butler service is very good! Careful and thoughtful!

After a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The resort grounds are serene and well-maintained, with excellent greenery and cleanliness. The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the dining was also great. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for the whole family, and I genuinely recommend it. Five-star rating!

The glass view elevator can directly reach the room floor. Guests have many free public spaces and facilities for leisure, large-screen TV living room, billiards and table tennis. The hotel has a comprehensive building with light food restaurant, cafe, activity room viewing platform and so on. The breakfast we had was Chinese style, with porridge and a variety of snacks, and drinks with black tea and soy milk.
The zoo is right next to it, and guests can enter without buying tickets, and they can feed small animals up close. We entered at four o'clock on the first day, so the animals had just been full, so we should go earlier. There is also a diy activity of charcoal kiln pancakes, but it seems to be on Saturdays and Sundays.
The hotel has another staple restaurant with some local specialties. There are also many farm restaurants nearby for ten minutes by taxi. Many of them can be seen with firewood roasted rice and firewood roasted chicken. The front desk customer service is very proactive. Sometimes we have not reached the front desk location, so we have come to see what we need and give us opinions on nearby attractions.
The room was clean, the bathroom was relatively large, and the shower in our shower had four modes. The security here feels good, there is CCTV in public places, and there are room cards or password confirmations on the underground gates and floors.

GGuest UserThe rooms were very clean. The food at the temple fair was a bit disappointing, but the atmosphere was still good. Breakfast was excellent, just like having dim sum in Guangzhou, and both adults and children were very satisfied. The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. I must highlight that the unpowered amusement park and the water park were incredibly fun, and the children absolutely loved them. Additionally, the butler and the staff here had excellent service attitudes. Overall, Xilegu is definitely worth a visit.

GGuest UserOur two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.
