Guest UserWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival. She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Guest UserAfter checking in, the room was very clean, with tidy floors and surfaces. The on-site laundry room was fully equipped for washing and drying clothes, and the gym had enough equipment for a good workout, so I didn't need to find another place for my daily exercise. It was a convenient and hassle-free stay.

Facilities: Clean and hygienic, well-equipped, and fully functional.
Hygiene: The toilet was spotless and fragrant, with an automatic flushing system. There was a huge TV and a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du). Truly top-notch, offering excellent value for money.
Environment: The lobby was spacious, bright, comfortable, elegant, and grand.
Service: The front desk lady had a beautiful and sweet smile. She even gave me a box of Yao Village specialty vegetables (cai xin), and the breakfast was also good.

Hanyu118This is a high-end hot spring hotel that focuses on privacy, tranquility, and an escape-like atmosphere. The hardware, decor, private hot springs, and pool views are all of excellent quality. Its main selling points are peace, privacy, and ambiance. The downsides are its remote location and limited amenities. If you're looking for a quiet retreat to enjoy private hot springs, your experience will far surpass city-based hot springs. However, if you're seeking convenient one-stop access to dining, entertainment, and activities, you might find it inconvenient.

The garden is large in size, well maintained, and full of design elements, there are many leisure locations, you can lie down and sit. The pool is large and the pool water is clean! The living room can sing K, play mahjong, and have a large kitchen. The room has plenty of beds and can accommodate more than a dozen people. The whole house is clean and hygienic, the bedding is comfortable, and the hot water is very fast! The community is quiet and beautiful, and the natural environment is very good! Butler service is very good! Careful and thoughtful!

Guest UserWe checked in the day before the Dragon Boat Festival. The hotel called us in the morning to ask about our arrival time and offered to recommend local attractions. In the afternoon, they even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room. The room was spacious, and the balcony was huge. It was raining at the time, so sitting on the balcony and watching the misty, cloud-shrouded Immortal Lake was absolutely delightful. The breakfast quality was also excellent, and we had dinner at the hotel too, which was clearly prepared with great care. The hotel is right at the entrance of the Black Tea Valley scenic area, and they even waived the parking fee for our visit there.

Long Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort was an amazing experience! The hot springs are genuinely natural, with clean water and a good variety of pools, each with its own unique feel. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The resort grounds are serene and well-maintained, with excellent greenery and cleanliness. The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the dining was also great. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for the whole family, and I genuinely recommend it. Five-star rating!

This is the second time I have stayed at this homestay. The environment here is really comfortable. It is very suitable for both lying flat on vacation and family parents. I missed the breakfast time when I woke up naturally. The caring housekeeper still packed a few large boxes of rich breakfast and put it at the door of the room. When you are full, go to the cafe next to you to have a free cup of butter and dirty, and ask the housekeeper to borrow her private eDonkey to swim in the pastoral path. It is not too comfortable (especially like the active service of the homestay housekeeper). With the room card, you can also enter and exit the muyu Island unlimited times to get close to small animals. It is a paradise for children. I plan to visit small animals again in the autumn.

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

Guest UserService: From the front desk to various service points, or even just passing by, most staff members were courteous and greeted us proactively. They actively answered questions and explained details or resolved issues whenever we had them. This indirectly shows that the management's training for employees is excellent, ensuring the staff provides top-notch service. The first front desk attendant who checked me in, Zheng Zhuolin, even provided timely WeChat guidance on entertainment, dining, and accommodation essentials throughout my 3-day stay.
Hygiene: The housekeeping staff maintained excellent cleanliness on the floors and were always responsive to requests.
Overall Facilities and Environment: Every few years I visit Xilegu, and I always notice new changes and improvements. This time, the exterior of the 'Sleepless Valley' has changed significantly.
Dining: I had a negative impression of the buffet at Sleepless Valley on a previous visit because it didn't align with my dining preferences, so I didn't eat there this time and don't know if it has changed or improved. What I particularly want to praise is the main building's Western restaurant. Not only is the food quality and taste excellent, but there's a wide variety suitable for all ages and different regional preferences, and the service is also impeccable. Having dined at many buffet restaurants in various scenic spots in this province over the past few years, Xilegu's buffet is, in my opinion, the best. This stay also included a complimentary roast chicken from Zhonghe Restaurant.
Entertainment Facilities: The hot spring area and water park facilities haven't changed much. I visited on a Monday, and the hot spring pools were clean, and the water park environment was spotless. Although the staff members were young, they were very responsible and diligent.
Shuttle Service: The shuttle effectively and safely transported guests, and the waiting time never exceeded 3 minutes.
