"The Giraffe Castle Hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, with no dust even in the corners. All appliances worked perfectly, and with the windows closed, you could barely hear any outside noise. The staff were very responsive to requests, patiently and meticulously answering any questions, and check-in/check-out procedures were swift and efficient. The lobby features a giant sacred tree as its central景观, with a giraffe theme prevalent throughout, boasting excellent natural light and views. The hotel also has its own Sacred Tree Park and Gaogao Amusement Valley, perfect for a short break and play between outings. There's a dedicated entrance straight to the animal park, allowing guests to admire various animals and learn from informative科普 explanations. Special thanks to Yao Shengqin, who was prompt and patient in responding to messages. The gym is great for daily workouts, and the water park and hot springs are always available. The restaurants offer a wide selection of Chinese and Western cuisine, making for an easy and stress-free stay from start to finish."

"This is my third time booking, and I was a bit disappointed this time. The previous two times I used the hot spring, after using up the balance on the card, I could renew it once more at the front desk. This time, I couldn't, which was a shame. "Just Perfect – Book without hesitation This hotel is located about 30 minutes from Gulong Canyon and roughly 10 minutes from the old town. Adjacent to the hotel, there’s an amazing tea shop, as well as a KFC and a 24-hour mart. The nighttime views from the window capture a lively night market buzzing with activity. Countless 24-hour stores are within walking distance, everyone is nice and hospitable, and the staff speak very good English. The facilities were spotless, and housekeeping was on schedule every day. They provide you with everything you could ever need and more. The bedding is super comfortable, and there are smart switches for every aspect of the room. The rooms are also very spacious and the layout is well organised. The only thing I might note is the soundproofing and the transparent showers — though that could be a bonus feature for some. There’s also a dedicated lift for the hotel, as the lobby is on the 5th floor. Additional amenities include a bar, laundry room, gym, and cigar lounge."
