"Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes and the food was good. The staff were also proactive and friendly in greeting guests. It's very suitable for families with children. The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel's restaurants and all the entertainment facilities (including the entrance to the Forest Kingdom) were clustered on one side, while the guest rooms on the other side were quite a walk away. It took about 10 minutes to walk downstairs for a meal with the kids. If we needed to go back to the room to grab something after eating, it would waste another half an hour on the commute. We specifically waited until after school started to visit, so it wasn't crowded and there were no issues with rooms being fully booked. However, the front desk didn't proactively inform us at check-in that there were rooms closer to the restaurants and attractions. Also, the front desk mentioned that all king rooms face the road, while twin rooms face the park, but this wasn't clearly indicated when booking the hotel."

"This private onsen hotel is incredibly thoughtful! Not only are the hot spring baths clean and private, but they also provide disposable toiletries, which is both hygienic and reassuring. The welcome gifts even included a fan and wet wipes, which were very practical. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and heartwarming stay. Whether a hotel is good or bad can be boiled down to three simple aspects: environment (including external natural surroundings like mountains and rivers, building height, and internal environment such as decor and layout), service (staff's basic qualities and attitudes), and details (quality of internal facilities and disposable amenities). If these three aspects are well-executed, it's likely a good hotel. However, meeting the needs of most guests in all three areas is actually quite challenging. Let me briefly talk about this hotel: First, the room: The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were very comfortable. The layout was incredibly sensible, from the placement of the sofa and the soft headboard to the lighting at the vanity. The decor was simple, elegant, and tasteful. The quality of the disposable amenities, bath towels, and bathrobes was excellent. These details clearly show how much effort the hotel puts in, definitely meeting five-star standards. Location and transportation: Since I drove from Foshan, I enjoyed the river view all along the way. The hotel is right by the river, with a very prominent hotel logo. The information also stated it's very close to the high-speed rail station. Room view: The moment I stepped into the room, the beautiful, unobstructed river view from the floor-to-ceiling windows instantly lifted my spirits. Service: From the front desk's helpful reminders during check-in, to their prompt responses to every request, and the timely delivery by the robot, coupled with their patient and helpful replies – all these details show how dedicated this hotel is to quality service and treating every guest with care! For a hotel in this price range, I honestly didn't have high expectations. Clean, fresh, and decent would have been enough. But this hotel truly surprised me! I couldn't *not* write a positive review. At this price point, with this level of amenities and service, it absolutely deserves a five-star recommendation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!"
