The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. The service staff is professional and very nice. Check-in was quick. The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!
