SsunshinecqlVery beautiful homestay! The white exterior wall is simple and the design is full. The homestay is located at the highest point of Xiayanbei Village, surrounded by mountains, facing Xinchang 19 Peaks. Get up early in the morning and open the balcony door, clouds and mist, lamenting that the name is good ”there is a letter in the mountains, in the clouds”, it really seems to live in the clouds.
Another big surprise of this trip is the hotel's intimate service. After booking, the front desk will contact WeChat immediately and add a separate travel group. Inform the itinerary and precautions of driving to the store, including the introduction of the surrounding specialty restaurants and the recommendation of main attractions. The day before check-in and the day before, I will contact again. The service was attentive and enthusiastic, and we also took the initiative to help us upgrade the room with a larger space for free, and the experience was great.
The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is bright and spacious, and there is a separate bathtub and shower room. The viewing balcony faces the pool and the 19th peak, and the scenery is excellent. The public area of the homestay is a book bar, and there is a Japanese-style couch for tea and leisure. The infinity pool outside can be photographed and punched.
Dining around is very convenient, there is a kitchen in the mountains downstairs (Breakfast is also used here), the proprietress is super enthusiastic, the chef is good at craftsmanship, the breakfast is very delicious, after breakfast, go down the trail to Xiayanbei Village, you can pass the cliff restaurant all the way (net red punch point), You can eat or sit and drink coffee. The whole restaurant is very design. The location is excellent on the edge of the cliff. The photos are very good.
The fly in the ointment is that due to the weather, I have no chance to see the sunrise and the sea of clouds this time, and I will come back to experience it in the future!

They proactively coordinate your itinerary, respond promptly, and provide thoughtful touches like welcome fruits and turn-down service with bedtime snacks. The on-site shuttle bus is available on demand. The front desk staff kindly upgraded our room for free. The hotel boasts a wealth of amenities, including the iconic Cliff Cloud Ladder, which offers panoramic canyon views from the top, an outdoor pool, a spa, and an equestrian center. The overall service is understated and non-intrusive, seamlessly blending with the natural surroundings, making it perfect for unwinding and rejuvenation.

1. The entire hotel is located on South Street, and the movable loudspeakers on South Street will allow you to listen to the best songs of the afternoon.
2. All the boutique king rooms of the hotel are closest to the ”South Street Tavern” which is in the same courtyard as the hotel. The staff will tell you that the sound insulation is very good and will give you a pair of 3M earplugs upon your request.
3. The hotel's breakfast is from 7 to 9 o'clock. If you go at 8:30, there will be nothing there. The auntie will cook you some vegetable and soy sauce clear soup noodles. No one will clear the table and there will be no napkins, but the staff will come in and take the only remaining boiled egg for their own breakfast. The auntie will tell you that you are too late, she is old, and she started preparing at 6:30.
4. When you go out for a trip and come back to your room at 3pm, your room should be the same as when you left. You can ask the staff for two bottles of water and two black plastic bags to collect the garbage in your room. You can also ask the front desk staff for two clean towels to change your room.
5. When you came in on the first day, there was a small disposable package of Fuyangjie at the drain in the shower room. You gave feedback to the staff, and they said, thank you for your feedback, that’s it.
If you think these are nothing, then the advantages of the hotel should be mentioned in other reviews. I also read other reviews and thought they were good, so my review can be regarded as an objective supplement.

The room was clean and tidy, separated from wet and dry, and the bath water was large. There is no charge for breakfast. The boss cooks porridge and fried vegetable cakes early in the morning. The taste is superb! There is a chain of Menxi Shanju Hotel at the entrance of the homestay, which is very convenient for eating. Self-driving vehicles can be parked in a large parking lot at the entrance of the scenic spot, and parking is free of charge.

HhzheleneIt was a spontaneous ”just pack up and go” trip. I wanted to fully appreciate the scenery of Tianmu Mountain, and I'd heard that this ”Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B” had high ratings and was popular with families with children. Although the initial capsule type I chose wasn't ideal, after negotiating with the manager and getting a reasonable upgrade, the experience was quite good. I could see the sea of clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

Facilities: Facilities, I really have to complain about it, 1️⃣ shower system, first of all, we 2 people, the front of the person washed about ten minutes, I went in to wash, there is no hot water, this is really too exaggerated, I have lived in so many hotels, this is really the first time, Enough for one person to take a bath, we came next door together is also the case!
2️⃣ Let's talk about the pillows in this homestay, they are too high! ! ! Very high, if the needle is high, shouldn't you give 2 pairs of pillows, a pair of short, a pair of high, we really can't sleep on this pillow! I hope it can be improved. I can't sleep in the first half of the night, and I can't help it in the second half of the night. I took two clothes out of the suitcase and slept.
3️⃣ Besides, let's talk about it, no! give! Mine! Spring! Water! I don't know if it was leaked when the aunt cleaned it or what, there is no mineral water in our room and our friend's room! Have you seen it in the refrigerator too!

If it is private, it depends on swiping the card. But the overall grass cloth, the pillows are all hairy. The bottom of the tissue box is easy to fall off. The laundry detergent and toilet disinfectant were very good. It happens to be not far from Wanda, even if it is the Spring Festival, it is more convenient to eat.
