"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

"The check-in staff were incessantly nagging, insisting on paying extra for a membership, and even sniffing through guests' phones until I lost my temper. Also, it seemed like the front desk was deliberately retaliating; they said they upgraded my room, even though I specifically asked for one with hidden problems, including poor drainage. And yet, they gave me this room, and while I was showering, the water was already up to my feet. It was fine; I had originally booked three days, but cancelled the rest that night. Other issues included the welcome tea station being useless—no coffee, no hot water, and my mouth was parched while the front desk staff continued their nagging. I was misled by the official photos of the main entrance; it's only part of the first floor. Most guests drive in and go straight to the underground parking. It's impossible to find the entrance from the underground parking because this half is abandoned and extremely dark. The sensor door next to the front desk looks like a fixed piece of glass. The front desk lighting made it even darker outside, and from the elevator, you couldn't see the printed instructions… It was truly bizarre. If you discriminate against Shanghai guests, you can refuse to serve them; we won't come. PS: The receptionist was someone who appeared significantly older than me. By the way, the service level in Xinchang is far worse than that in neighboring Shengzhou. It's like everyone's a nobody."

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The location is right next to South Street, and it was relatively quiet at night due to the low foot traffic these past few days. The room was quite large, and the facilities were relatively new, but the breakfast selection was limited. There's a restaurant right across the street, so be sure to close the curtains if you're in your room. I specifically called to ask if the room's air conditioning could heat, and only booked the room after receiving a positive answer. However, my actual experience was that the heating effect was barely noticeable; the air conditioning was so quiet I couldn't even be sure it was on."

Located within the scenic area, it's very convenient for further hiking. And most importantly, the food at the hotel is delicious! Don't miss it – this is a hotel I've repeatedly visited!"

"Traveling on weekends, I took a temporary intention to dig meteorites in Shengzhou, and decided to rest at the foot of the 19th Peak. First, the scenery is good, the second is convenient for fishing, and the third is convenient for eating.
The homestay is newly opened. The boss is tired of returning to the hometown in a big city. The communication is very smooth and responsive. You can find a way to solve everything.
The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows were convenient for enjoying the mountains and rivers. I stayed very comfortable, Chengtanxi retreated, and I caught some stream fish and took home salt and pepper. It was delicious."

Guest UserI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

xinmeizAn absolutely perfect vacation! The room was incredibly comfortable, with high ceilings, spacious interiors, and understated yet elegant decor. I could have easily spent both days just relaxing in the room. The hotel is nestled in the serene and beautiful Hanfei River Valley, and you can take a cable car up to the mountaintop for stunning views. The hotel service was also excellent; you can request a car transfer anywhere within the hotel grounds at any time. Our butler, Helen, provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service from even before our arrival, proactively offering information to ensure a smooth trip. She continued to follow up on all our needs throughout our stay, making this vacation truly delightful! The hotel's Tingtao Pavilion restaurant was also fantastic. We had dinner there twice, and the chef's recommended dishes were truly delicious and well worth trying.

It was a spontaneous ”just pack up and go” trip. I wanted to fully appreciate the scenery of Tianmu Mountain, and I'd heard that this ”Cloud Travel Space Capsule B&B” had high ratings and was popular with families with children. Although the initial capsule type I chose wasn't ideal, after negotiating with the manager and getting a reasonable upgrade, the experience was quite good. I could see the sea of clouds through the curtains, hear birdsong in the morning, and listen to the chirping of autumn insects at night… The food at the B&B was simpler than at a hotel, but the taste was still quite good (the chef was very attentive, greeting me at every meal). The customer service representative, a petite young woman, was incredibly helpful, carrying my luggage with ease. Most importantly, the scenery of Tianmu Mountain truly captured the ”spirit” described in Li Bai's poems… In short, the flaws didn't detract from the overall experience; it was a pleasant trip!

The environment is unique: backed by the green bamboo sea, there is a clear stream in front of the door and passing by the courtyard. In the morning and evening, there are often mountain birds singing and the sound of snoring and snoring, and you can enjoy the tranquility of avoiding the world. It is worth mentioning that there is a professionally managed camping camp next to the hotel. The boss is a local and is good at cooking authentic farmhouse local dishes. The ingredients are mostly from his own vegetable garden, free-range poultry and fresh fish in the reservoir. As soon as she entered the door, Miss Sister gave the children a small gift. The height of the whole hotel is relatively high, and the scenery is better. If it is private, it depends on swiping the card. But the overall grass cloth, the pillows are all hairy. The bottom of the tissue box is easy to fall off. The laundry detergent and toilet disinfectant were very good. It happens to be not far from Wanda, even if it is the Spring Festival, it is more convenient to eat. You can take the bus to the Big Buddha Scenic Area. There are also more parking spaces downstairs.
