"The hotel atrium was stunning; the pool reflected the trees and buildings, and the circular glass ceiling created beautiful light and shadow effects. Yuki at the front desk was incredibly efficient with check-in and proactively introduced the hotel facilities—the service was attentive and thoughtful. I had some concerns after reading reviews saying the rooms were noisy, but after checking in, I found the environment to be extremely quiet. I don't know where those noise complaints came from, and I slept very comfortably that night. All the staff at every stage were very friendly and helpful. This is a genuine review! Not a paid endorsement!!"

"I rushed to book this hotel in Xinchang's ”Carbohydrate Kingdom” on a last-minute trip. Seeing that it was newly opened and part of the Huazhu Group, I figured the quality control would be excellent. However, everything turned out to be surprisingly good. Check-in was quick, and they even provided snacks and a comprehensive travel guide covering everything from dining to sightseeing. The hotel's overall decor was high-end, smelled wonderful, and was incredibly clean – practically spotless. The staff were all very polite. The room was odorless, with fresh air, and was bright, clean, and spacious. Everything was provided, including welcome fruit and a complimentary minibar. The bedding was comfortable, and the blankets were light and pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and constantly replenished, with the table cleaned promptly. The food was delicious, and the noodle maker patiently and enthusiastically showed me how to add the toppings. Throughout my stay, all facilities were clean, hygienic, and functioned perfectly. The staff were never bothersome, making my stay very comfortable. Lingling, the receptionist, was particularly warm and patient, making me feel right from the start. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Xinchang; I call it the king of value for money in Xinchang."

"The sanitation of the hotel is very good, the daily necessities are more intimate, the South Street is downstairs, but you can see it at a glance, and you can meet the simple dining.
It should be reminded that the hotel underground garage needs skilled treasures to go to the library. 360° corner turn ＋ slope, large vehicles are not recommended to go to the library.
The experience is not good. I want to say that on the night of the check-in, there were people playing cards on the first floor. The hotel was soundproof. I wanted to call the front desk many times. However, my family had fallen asleep until late at night, which was a bit disturbing."

"Staying at this secluded mountain retreat, nestled amidst misty peaks, was a great experience! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive. Gerry added me on WeChat in advance and was always responsive to my questions. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered goodnight snacks. At checkout, they even prepared farewell treats. The sense of ceremony and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel's free travel photography service was also quite good, though my child was eager to return to the room and wasn't very cooperative. The popular 'Cliff Cloud Ladder' takes you directly to the mountaintop, and from there, you can walk along steps to reach Xiayanbei Village, enjoying expansive views all the way."

"To be honest, the house at this price exceeded my expectations (reverse), the newly opened hotel has a workmanship wind, and the elevator is full of signs of haste completion. After entering the room, the room was large and the scenery outside the window was good, but when I walked into the bathroom, I was stunned. As shown in the picture, although there is a mobile door outside, I didn't even expect it to be frosted. The toilet is also the most common toilet, not even a smart toilet lid. This sliding door is not even installed with a damping, and a little force is a bang. There is no non-slip mat on the ground, forgive me for using a bath towel as a non-slip mat. Can you say that the experience is average?"

"The hotel receptionists were very helpful and assisted with our luggage. They even upgraded our room, and the first thing we saw when we opened the window was a swing – a beautiful sight with the snow falling. The air conditioning was already on when we entered the room, which was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. The hotel is incredibly photogenic! Located within the scenic area, it's very convenient for further hiking. And most importantly, the food at the hotel is delicious! Don't miss it – this is a hotel I've repeatedly visited!"

GGuest UserI am a solo traveller to Xinchang. Great experience staying in a local minsu where the owners are very friendly and helpful, providing advice on how I could navigate the neighborhood. Grateful for their warm hospitality as well and they even offered to let me stay in the minsu (late check out) because my train departing xinchang is at 8pm. May Lord bless the minsu owners!

XxknviviWent during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, it was really good! Each room has its own characteristics, with a different layout and theme. This time I stayed at Yunhai Zhijifeng. It was great! Smart appliances, electronic door locks, everything is perfect. Three of us went there, and the other two were also wonderful! There is a tea plantation near the B&B, and my friends also went fishing. Next to the B&B is the Zagged Coffee Museum. I walked around and it was great. I also went to the nearby internet celebrity cafe Yunjuan Yunshu for two days in a row. The next day we walked the Anshan Ancient Trail. Although it was raining, we saw the majestic Feilong Waterfall, which was worth it. Xinchang is really a small treasure county! Already amway given to my friends.
ps: Please note that the B&B does not have a parking lot. The tram we drive must be parked nearby or on the roadside. There is no charging place nearby. When I was leaving, I discovered that there should be a Tesla destination supercharger located a few hundred meters away from the B&B. I hope that supporting facilities can be added nearby, and I believe Xinchang will get better and better.

HhzheleneIt is a temporary intention to ”just go”, because I want to enjoy the scenery on Tianzhu Mountain as much as possible, and I heard that this ”cloud space capsule homestay” has a high praise rating, which is deeply loved by families with children; Although the first choice of cabin type is not ideal, but after communicating with the housekeeper to increase the price and upgrade, the experience of accommodation is still good ～ can close the curtains, wake up early to smell the birdsong, listen to the autumn insect song at night...; The meal at the hotel is a bit simpler than the hotel, but the taste is not bad (the chef service is very good, every meal must come out to say hello); the customer service little sister who picked up and dropped off looked slim, and helped up and down the luggage but was not vague; Of course, the most important thing is the scenery of Tianlu Mountain. It is indeed more or less a ”artistic conception” written in Li Bai's poems... In short, the flaws are not concealed, and overall this is a pleasant trip!

The room is large enough and the bergamot cleaning products are very easy to use. The staff in the breakfast room are enthusiastic and help with seat guidance and proactively add water. The Xinchang-style spring pancakes are also delicious. The outdoor swimming pool is beautiful. The tea garden in the back garden looks like there will be tea soon.
