SSofia EugeniaFirst room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request.
Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area.
Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks.
Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

AAnonymous UserI was lucky enough to stay at the same hotel as the Independiente Santa Fe football team from Colombia and even managed to get a photo with some of the players! The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, offered a pleasant and quiet environment, making it an excellent choice for business travelers.

GGuest Userfantastic breakfast, helpful staff as we were travelling with an infant. The surrounding area of the hotel is perfect for running or walking in the park. Close by shopping market within walking distance for food or basic staff. Quiet location respect the busy city and perfect for resting after a day out. Common areas inside the hotel were perfect for relaxing. Unfortunately the last floor with the gym was under renovation and we couldn't use it but we will come back as it has been an overall great staying.

AAnonymous UserThe most satisfying thing about the hotel is security. This street at the entrance of the hotel leads directly to Bolivarian Square. The street is a street stall. There is no stall at the entrance of the hotel. There are no artists and no homeless people. There are police fences around the alley.
Hotel breakfast is good, there is hot water, in the courtyard of the colonial mark, the atmosphere is good.
The only downside is that the room facilities are a bit old. The decoration style is old-fashioned.
The price is a bit expensive (stay for 3 nights, more than 800 yuan for one night).

GGuest UserThe best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies.
Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

RRafael OsorioHotel 84DC is undeniably chic, with sleek, modern design. My room was spacious and stylish, with a comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a rainfall shower. The location is excellent—close to cool cafes, restaurants, and nightlife, yet quiet enough to relax. The zone T is just 5 minutes walking distance. The included breakfast was decent, with fresh juices and Colombian coffee and egg station. For travelers who appreciate design and a cosmopolitan vibe, this hotel has potential.

GGuest UserGreat location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
