The hotel is located near to river, metro station, tram line and food street. The bed is comfortable. There is a large supermarket nearby, located in basement of the old market building. The main train station at Keleti is 3 stops from Fovam Terrace station.

I originally booked the Hilton Garden Inn, but due to the hygiene and service attitude there, I decisively canceled and switched to this hotel overnight. The rooms here are very spacious, and the facilities are well-equipped. However, you have to operate the sofa bed yourself, and you also need to bring the linens to the room yourself. The staff didn't help us with the bedding even though they saw us carrying large suitcases, which is something that needs improvement.

The hotel provides water dispensers with fresh drinking water available daily, which is very convenient and contributes positively to overall comfort. In addition, fresh juices are offered, providing a pleasant and refreshing option throughout the day. It is also worth highlighting that there is a selection of desserts available without added sugar, which is a thoughtful and health-conscious offering. Furthermore, the bus stop is very easily accessible on foot and offers quick and convenient connections to the city center, making it simple to explore the area without the need for a car.

The hotel's location is great for families, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. There's a subway station right around the corner, and the famous New York Cafe is also within easy walking distance.

Clean, comfortable stay with very helpful staff I had a pleasant stay at the Four Points by Sheraton in Budapest. The staff were very nice and professional, and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. I also appreciated that the wake-up call came on time, which was important for my schedule. The room had good basic facilities, including tea, coffee, water and air conditioning, all of which worked well. Reception was also very responsive: when I reported noise from a nearby room late in the evening, after midnight, they reacted quickly and handled the situation, which helped me feel looked after. The only downside was that some small amenities were not provided, such as a toothbrush, cotton pads and slippers, so it is worth bringing your own. Overall, it was a good and reliable stay, especially because of the clean room, helpful staff and quick service from reception.

The room was great overall the stay was good have a good sleep but the hand shower is faulty water was leaking. the breakfast is ok but there was only one yoghurt given on the first day as compared to the second day.

The soundproofing in the room was terrible. My room faced the main street and it was incredibly noisy. One day, I put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on my door, but they still entered to clean while I was out. Another day, they just walked in without knocking to ask if I wanted cleaning.

We stayed for 3 nights. We asked for an early check-in, and they did their best to help us. The apartment is clean, modern, nice. We were impressed by the choice of pillows! We had a good sleep. The view from the balcony was astonishing! The location is great, 15-40 minutes on foot to main places of interest, the tram stop, bus stops, the Spar supermarkets are nearby. But at night it might sometimes be noisy because of the neighbours. We didn’t want to leave - our staying was perfect!

It's not comparable to what you'd find back home, but the value for money is pretty good, really good. It would be even better if they had a bigger electric kettle, a larger duvet, and provided power adapters.
