RRumpunchqueenMy recent stay at the Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the experience was luxurious and flawless. Here’s why this hotel deserves all five stars: 1. Warm Welcome and Check-in: Upon arrival, we were greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who immediately made us feel at home. The check-in process was seamless, and they provided us with a helpful overview of the hotel’s amenities, spa services, and nearby attractions. The lobby itself is stunning, with modern decor and a welcoming atmosphere. 2. The Room: We stayed in one of the Kozmo Rooms, which was beautifully appointed with elegant, contemporary furnishings. The spaciousness of the room was impressive, with a separate living area, a comfortable king-size bed, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was immaculately clean, and the design was both stylish and practical. Every detail, from the plush linens to the luxurious bathroom amenities, screamed luxury. 3. The Spa: The spa at Kozmo Hotel is truly a hidden gem! After long days of exploring the city, we treated ourselves to a massage and some time in the sauna. The staff at the spa were professional and the treatments were incredibly relaxing. The heated pool and whirlpool were the perfect spots to unwind, and the ambiance in the spa area was tranquil, with soft lighting and calming music. 5. Location: The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Budapest. It’s situated in the heart of the city, within walking distance to many of the major attractions, including the Danube River, Parliament, and St. Stephen’s Basilica. There are also plenty of cafés and shops nearby, making it easy to experience the best of Budapest’s culture and cuisine. 6 Exceptional Service: What truly sets Kozmo Hotel apart is the level of service. Every staff member we encountered was courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure we had an amazing stay. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities, and they were always ready to assist with any request we had. Final Thoughts: Kozmo Hotel Suites and Spa is the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and top-tier service. Whether you’re visiting Budapest for leisure or business, this hotel provides a luxurious retreat in the heart of the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly five-star experience. We can’t wait to return!

DDanny BeansMy wife and I have just concluded a wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel in Budapest, and we couldn't be more satisfied. Our room was impeccable: elegant, meticulously maintained, and equipped with every comfort. It struck a perfect balance between classic style and modernity, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the moment we stepped inside. But what truly elevated our experience was the service: attentive, professional, and consistently friendly. Every member of the staff went above and beyond, making our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. We genuinely felt welcomed and pampered. A heartfelt thank you also goes out to the TRIP.com team, who managed our booking with efficiency and precision, helping to make everything seamless. Our sincere thanks to the Prestige Hotel for making us feel so at home in one of Europe's most captivating cities. We will certainly be back!

EeyeofthetravellerI highly recommend the Stories Hotel in Budapest! When I first reserved it, I didn’t realize it shared the space with the beautiful TwentySix restaurant, which later was a big plus! I was travelling with my parents and what I liked was that the room we stayed in offered the space for 3 people! That was something I could not find in other hotels in the city. We really enjoyed the cool aesthetics of the hotel, and with our purchase, the breakfast at TwentySix was included in the price, which was kind and also the breakfast is very delicious! One minor thing was, we had arrived a bit early before check in and had hoped to check into our room earlier, but that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. The next day as we were on a tour for the majority of the morning and afternoon, we had come back to our room to rest and relax a bit, but the room was not cleaned, to the point we just asked for clean towels instead. Apart from those minor things, I would stay there again! Another plus, it was close to a lot of places for visit! 🤗

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, from the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance, through check-in, and all the way to check-out and luggage handling. Every service was polite and attentive. The hotel breakfast was quite rich, with à la carte options, and the fruit was delicious. The room size was quite large for European standards, and housekeeping was prompt and thorough. The only minor drawback was that the shower facilities in the room were a bit old-fashioned and the drainage wasn't great.

AAndreitaenchinaThe hotel is well located to walk around and there are great places to eat nearby. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Christmas markets and river. The hotel is very nice in the entrance with a dramatically beautiful lobby, but the rooms are small, dark and in my case not very clean. Before I keep with the negative aspects, I’d like to make a special remark to Mr. Janos who was the most helpful person and so willing to help and gave us the best recommendations, including best running route!!! I arrived at 7am and was able to change and go for a run before my room was ready as early as 11am!! Thank you for that!!!! Back to the negative: My room didn’t have a bath (my friend’s on the same floor did 🥲) and the furniture was old and kind of sad. The worst was the shower. It was so tiny and badly designed that it was impossible to use the shampoo without getting it all washed away. Breakfast was very good, specially if you are an early bird like me and can enjoy the 7am opening service with fresh bread, amazing eggs and the cauliflower which was my ultimate favorite!! All in all, pleasant stay, made much better by Janos!!!!!

MM17090****The hotel is brand new with excellent facilities; it was definitely the most comfortable two nights we had during our entire trip to Europe. The location is perfect, right across from the opera house, and there's an M1 metro station right outside, making it super easy to connect to all kinds of public transportation. The reception staff were very friendly; we had a nice long chat during check-in. All in all, highly recommended.

GGuest UserBefore my trip, I spent ages looking for accommodation in Budapest, constantly debating whether to stay in Buda or Pest. I finally decided on the Marriott in the Pest district, and it truly was the perfect choice! ✔️✔️✔️ 🤩 Most of the main tourist attractions are in the Pest area. From the Marriott, it's super close to St. Stephen's Basilica, the Parliament Building, Liberty Bridge, and the Central Market. You can actually walk to most of them, but if you're feeling tired, you can buy a 24-hour travel pass. (A quick heads-up: I tried to buy a 24-hour group pass but found out after confirming multiple times that they only offer single passes now). Usually, it's just a two-stop ride, which saves a lot of energy! 🤩 August, the height of summer, was incredibly hot! After visiting an attraction or two, the heat would become unbearable. It was great to be able to pop back to the hotel to rest and cool down whenever needed 😊 🤩 We were incredibly lucky! Our flight landed in Budapest at 6 AM that day, and we reached the hotel just after 7 AM. I had planned to try my luck asking for an early check-in. The gentleman at the front desk was very humorous, saying, 'Our usual check-in time is 3 PM, so arriving at 7 AM is a 'super early check-in'!' Nevertheless, he managed to find us an available room, and we were settled in before 8 AM, which allowed us to freshen up immediately. After exploring for a bit in the morning, having lunch, and then a good two-hour nap, we were re-energized and ready to head out again around 3 PM 😊 🤩 The Marriott is incredibly well-located! It's a mere 3-minute walk to the famous 'Comme Chez Soi' restaurant, 5 minutes to Red Pepper, and 5 minutes to Boat Dock 10. The M2 metro station is just a 2-minute walk away. We also stumbled upon VigVarju Restaurant, which is only 2 minutes on foot (it has a great ambiance, delicious food, is more affordable than the popular/trendy spots, and doesn't require a reservation – highly recommend!). Everything is essentially within a five-minute walk, making it incredibly convenient ✌ 🌹🌹🌹 Because the gentleman (at the front desk) allowed me such an early check-in, I promised him I'd write a 'super good comment'🤩. Seriously, you definitely won't regret staying here! 😁

KKaterynaA bit far from the center. There are no cotton swabs in the room and mineral water was given only once, but this is a 5-star hotel. The waiters at breakfast did not explain that the main course should be chosen from the menu. I accidentally noticed this menu before leaving. A double impression of the hotel, it seems beautiful, but the service is not very good. No one greets you when you enter.

YYUANDANIn the center of the apartment, the first time to go to the location to find a little trouble, are single-line, there are not many parking spaces on the road, the hotel's parking lot has to circle, knowing that it is quite convenient. Breakfast is okay, the place is a bit small and there have been a lot of people. It rains a day, the outdoor seat can't sit, and you can only stand and wait.
