GGuest UserThe hotel service is average, but the bed is not clean, the space is okay, and they said we took their towels, how could we take their towels, they didn't put towels at all on the last day, I hope the next hotel can improve the service.

MMBFBisriAnother example of a 3.5-star hotel: definitely higher than a 3-star but not a 4-star yet. The location is perfect, walking distance to DP Mall, Lawang Sewu, Pandanaran area, and museums. Breakfast was nice with a changing menu every day and offered a complimentary celebratory dinner for the New Year. Unfortunately, for 2 nights we were disturbed by fellow guests nearby partying so loudly and a broken AC. The hotel arranged a different room for the final night, and this one is fine. The rooftop bar and swimming pool were nice. Gym was functional. For a hotel of this size, it's surprising that they dont have a proper parking area - your car will be parked in nearby buildings where the hotel has an arrangement and it comes with a complimentary and free valet service.

GGuest UserMy stay at the Quest Hotel was satisfactory, except for an interaction with a front desk employee whose demeanor was inconsistent with the expected level of customer service for an establishment of this caliber. While I prefer not to identify the individual, I suggest that both personal and staff-wide training initiatives be considered to enhance the guest experience.

BB. Lee.Not the first time of staying in Aston.All the staffs are friendly and helpful. A varity of choice for breakfast. The only compliant is the water quility of swimming pool. When diving into water, a lot of mold/mildew can be saw. When you take a look on the drain tunnel on the edge side of swimming pool, you know where the mold is from.

It would be nice to see some local Semarang options like pecel or other traditional dishes. That said, the nasi goreng was absolutely amazing—hands down the best I've ever had!

GGuest UserAs a business traveler, this hotel was an excellent choice. It's located near the city's main road, making it convenient to get everywhere, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless, and the facilities were modern. Even though it's close to a main road, staying on a higher floor meant it was very quiet. It's perfect for business trips and offers great value for money.

TTrip_EdoCheck in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
