Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel service is average, but the bed is not clean, the space is okay, and they said we took their towels, how could we take their towels, they didn't put towels at all on the last day, I hope the next hotel can improve the service.
GGuest UserThe hotel facilities are a bit old, and the bathroom only has a bathtub. The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear motorcycles roaring down the street at night. However, the service is good. The hotel Wi-Fi can be a bit unreliable, and they only provide large bath towels, no face towels. The bedding also seems a bit old. On the bright side, the desk design is very clever and well-suited for working.
JjoiceheThe hotel boasts a rooftop bar, perfect for unwinding. Although rooms don't have kettles, there's a coffee machine for your caffeine fix. It's conveniently located on Gajah Mada Street in the heart of Semarang, close to the iconic Simpang Lima intersection. With plenty of restaurants nearby, it's super easy to get around for dining or sightseeing.
BB. Lee.Not the first time of staying in Aston. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. A varity of choice for breakfast. The only compliant is the water quility of swimming pool. When diving into water, a lot of mold/mildew can be saw. When you take a look on the drain tunnel on the edge side of swimming pool, you know where the mold is from.
DDr. Ong SoetantoThe service was excellent, and the location is quite convenient—just a short walk to Lawang Sewu. Overall, a great stay! However, the breakfast could use more variety. It would be nice to see some local Semarang options like pecel or other traditional dishes. That said, the nasi goreng was absolutely amazing—hands down the best I've ever had!
MMels2012The hotel is quite old and very big, but everything is still well-maintained and in good condition. It offered good value for money for three people plus a friend. We enjoyed beautiful views of Mount Ungaran every morning. The breakfast was delicious, with a different menu offered daily – absolutely fantastic!
One thing that made us quite reluctant to move was the incredibly long walk from the reception to the elevators. The restaurant is also quite a trek from the elevators, which is understandable given how massive this hotel is. If you're staying alone, I wouldn't recommend this hotel; you might get the creeps walking around by yourself, haha!
However, if you're with a big group and kids, it's fine and not spooky. But precisely because the hotel is so huge, the distances to the elevators and restaurant are considerable, and it can feel incredibly deserted! 😭😭😱😱
TTrip_EdoCheck in process took so long, at 3:30 pm the room was still not ready, after being push to be ready, they gave me a smoking room and it was at the very end no. 919. The room smelled of cigarettes. The towels were bad and stained, the TV and room furniture were old. Valet parking is available, breakfast is just standard, not worth staying at this hotel.
EEkoromattqueen room type for the price of 300 thousand,,i guess like other hotels.it turns out that the position of the room below has no window size of small mattresses the dust is thin per mattress feels on the body.bad cover makes it crunchy. For the location is very strategic, close to the mall and intersection 5
