Mmiyasaya新婚旅行で８つほど様々なホテルに宿泊しましたが、最も魅力的で素敵な宿でした🏠✨到着してすぐに温かく迎え入れてくれて、重いキャリーケースを運んで下さったり、オーナーの方々が丁寧にお部屋のことなどをとても親切に説明してくれました🥹✨冷蔵庫の中にはたくさんのお菓子や飲み物など、プレゼント〜！と言ってくれてとっても嬉しく想像以上のおもてなしに旦那と大喜びでした😂💞朝のタクシーも手配してくれて、タクシーが来ると呼びにきてくれたり、帰り際に紙袋いっぱいに手土産をくれたりと感動続きで、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいでした😭❤️お部屋はとても清潔でアメニティも豊富であり、女性にはとてもありがたく嬉しいなと感じました😌✨また是非！！宿泊したいと思っています🥰🫶🏻日本でもここまでのおもてなしはないなと感じるほど、とても素敵なおすすめのゲストハウスです🌷✨

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

GGuest UserEven though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.
Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle ride a bit exaggerated, that's why I took one star off. Otherwise, everything was really good!

GGuest UserWe stayed here to catch our flight early the next day so it was perfect for our needs. It was clean, the restaurant was delightful, and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was the biggest one we had in the entire country. If you need a place by the airport this is great especially because they have a shuttle that picks you up and drops you off which was exactly what we needed.

JJUANThe environment is OK, the room is quite big, you can book a special bus to go to the airport, 7 euros a person, 10 minutes drive from the airport, breakfast is small, very general, but the front desk has a small brother 24 hours, can communicate at any time, cute and Good talk, there is a supermarket nearby, a snack street, and I left the food stalls of the local family to drive around the night before leaving Rome.
