"Mostly great! Very clean and simple. Anna at reception was exceptionally helpful. Bonus points to her. Not sure who to blame but name and location via Google Maps etc , had me chasing my tail al over Rome and unnecessarily expensive! Once I figured it out that it is right on the train line at Station Parco Leonardo and called “B&B Hotel” it was easy!!!!"

"We stayed at the Hilton Hotel for one night while waiting for our connecting flight. The hotel is located right next to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, and there’s a convenient walkway from the airport leading directly into the hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, equipped with a kettle so you can make tea or coffee. The reception staff were very friendly. During our stay, we also visited the gym, the sauna, and went for a swim in the warm pool. The hotel also has courts for playing paddle. In the evening, we had dinner and ordered pasta — we really enjoyed it, the presentation was great, and the waiters were very welcoming. We checked out very early in the morning because we had an early flight, and the hotel staff kindly prepared takeaway lunch boxes for us. Thank you very much for a comfortable stay."

"The hotel itself was clean and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable and well maintained. However, the experience at reception was not very pleasant. Maybe the receptionist had a rough night shift, but the welcome felt quite cold and not very friendly. A simple greeting or a more helpful attitude would make a big difference for guests arriving at the hotel. I hope the service at the front desk can improve, because the hotel has good potential overall."

"Very nice place to stay at the calm and peaceful location, especially if you arrived to Fiumicino Airport after a long-time flight and want to take a rest before you will continue your trip. The beach is 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment, same as the grocery store. Airport is in 7km, 35 Euro and 15-20 minutes by taxi (June 2025, fixed price at the airport taxi point). Room was clean, a/c worked properly. Tasty breakfst will present you a good beginning of your new day. Mucho grazie to the owners!"

"L’hotel era davvero molto pulito e la biancheria profumava di fresco.
Lo staff è stato gentile e accogliente; in particolare la signora che preparava il caffè al mattino è stata una persona davvero calorosa e piacevole.
Avevamo scelto questo hotel anche per il servizio di deposito bagagli, e sono stati così gentili da custodire i nostri bagagli fino alle 15:00. Oltre a questo, tutti gli altri aspetti del soggiorno sono stati pienamente soddisfacenti.
La colazione, con croissant e caffè, era molto buona. Anche il servizio navetta è stato eccellente.
È stato piacevole poter fare una passeggiata sul lungomare e scoprire il quartiere locale.
Abbiamo cenato nei ristoranti GePaGi Fish Bistró Fiumicino e Il Ghiottone, e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti."

"Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.
Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle ride a bit exaggerated, that's why I took one star off. Otherwise, everything was really good!"

"There wasn’t much around other than one restaurant and a grocery store, but just a 20 minute walk and you are to the coast where you can enjoy beaches and a few more restaurants. For a small fee, they offered a ride to the airport which was very convenient. My flight wasn’t until the evening and they let me keep my luggage there while I enjoyed a final afternoon at the beach."

PPerma FortunaWas welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

DDongyaoHi, don’t give me wrong, it’s not a bad hotel! Low score is not towards the hotel but to the FCO. I got a late arrival flight, and were mind set for a rip off taxi. Yet, I was in lieu but all of sudden told that I need to go to the other side to take a taxi, by the ground transportation control personnel. Yap, I obeyed and went there, and took a taxi. There we go! The start of the scam. 85 euro, I took that, no problem, since it was 1:00 AM, and I do respect people work that shift. I can see the scanner to charge on CC, but I was told I have to pay cash, which is also ok. I am not ready for that much cash, and we went to an ATM, and it didn’t work ofc since it’s an international transaction. So, I was asked for $150 for the total. Wait a minute, $150 = €85? I am at least an elementary graduate man, and I do know the math. After all the mouthwatering drying process, I was off the hook, by telling I don’t mind to be offloaded and got police attended. Finally, I checked in the hotel 2:00 AM or so and by then I started the good time. Nice front desk, and more than expected room space. The location is not really good, but the scenery is perfect. The breakfast is a good start, and once I decided I will go to Rome by public transportation, I do find the option. That’s the story: no complain to the hotel, but not feeling so well with FCO. Overall, do money change as more than you thought before you are in Rome.

AAnonymous UserThe staff was absolutely amazing! super helpful and polite! However, as a budget-conscious solo traveler, getting to the hotel wasn’t the easiest. I had to go to the airport first, and from there, despite the short 5km distance, I ended up paying 35 euros for a taxi. In the morning, I had to pay another 20 euros to get back to the airport, though it was cheaper this time thanks to the reception staff booking a car in advance. The area itself is very quiet, with only one or two restaurants nearby and not much else. Honestly, if I had known I’d be spending that much just for a short stay, I would have booked a hotel at the airport instead.

JJoanneMarco, who greeted us was so very welcoming, he explained how everything worked, arranged a friend of his to give us a lift to the airport the next morning. We were starving when we arrived late, on a Sunday evening. He found us somewhere to eat and let the restaurant know that we were on our way.
The room was fine, a little tired, but suited our needs, as we were only there for one night, before flying out of Rome Fiumicino.

GGuest UserService: The staff were very friendly and even helped with my luggage.
Location and Transportation: I called from the airport for help on how to get to the hotel, and they recommended a taxi. They later found out I hadn't booked airport pickup in advance; it was €20 cash one way (€22 by card) for 1-2 people. I took a taxi from the airport, a 4-minute ride, for €35.
The next day, I arranged to leave at 10:30 AM with the hotel reception, paying €22 by card.
Breakfast: Not included. It's best to bring your own snacks, as it's difficult to find coffee shops nearby the next morning; going to the airport is recommended.
Facilities: The air conditioning was very powerful and warm, and the hot water was plentiful. Towels, shampoo packets, and small bars of soap were provided.
Wi-Fi was also available. The environment was very quiet – a very comfortable stay.
PS: Rome city tax is €6 per night, not the €4 shown on the travel website.

GGuest UserThe receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is overall clean and tidy and comfortable. The problem is that the sound insulation is very bad and u can hear people talking from everywhere. The location is quite far away from the city, u need to take a 7-9 min walk to the bus station. The hotel shuttle bus to fiumicino airport costs 8 euro. The breakfast is same every day. Overall the stay is fine, the room is ok and I slept well (the noise does not go overnight so it's not big prbl actually).
