Outstanding
GGuest UserStaff were wonderful. They held my luggage as I was very early for check-in and communicated via a handheld translator. The room was very nice and spacious with an absolutely gorgeous view to the city and surrounding areas. The private hot spring tubby on the deck was also wonderful as you do get the scene to the city and providing a wonderful ambiance. The food provided was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Now the caveat is the hotel is on a hill and unless you have transportation like a rental car or taxi, getting up there is a hike and more so with luggage. The staff also provided me with a shuttle to Itō station and some snacks to my next location. Oh and the wonderful picture they took and framed for me was also so thoughtful

GGuest UserIt was love from the first sight. Lovely and silent place that what you need after all the hustle and bustle of big cities. Hot springs are relaxing and food is delicious. Wish had more days there.

DDayanThe room is big and the bed is comfortable. The hot spring is also very good. There are not many people, which is basically equivalent to booking the whole place. The snacks are also delicious. You need to make a reservation for the private bath, one group per hour. It is easy to make an appointment now. I am not sure about the peak season. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the JR station. It seems that there are other places. I have the opportunity to stay there. The hot spring was taken when there was no one.

NNuonuokafeiFirst of all, I like Ctrip’s efficient service. The hotel does not have pick-up and drop-off service from Ito Station. If you have a suitcase, it is recommended to take a taxi for about 50 yuan. There are no scenic spots nearby and no sea view in the residential area. There is only a garden view that is generally neglected. Arrive at 2 o’clock. There was no reception at the door. Check-in started at 2:30. This hotel said check-in was at 3:00 and one person would check in. I was given a room first. I was shocked. I have stayed in ten rooms and never had a view. This one has no view at all, only the entire living room and bedroom. The window was half closed because there was no view. I immediately went downstairs and asked the hotel to change rooms. It was inconsistent with the order. The hotel said that there was no way. I immediately contacted Ctrip. I hope that the Ctrip guy can change it to a room with a large window. The view is still average, but I am very satisfied. The room is large and has an average size. There is also a strange Japanese-style sliding door that cannot be opened, which makes people think of bad service. And the food and beverage included in the restaurant is a bit lower than the average in the world. There are only two bottles of bulk water in the refrigerator for free. Other charges are not as good as the last time I stayed in Hoshino Kai Enshu Ito Kai. It is family-friendly and has a swimming pool with a cypress bubble. The other experience of the pool is very average. There are about a dozen rooms with half-windows and no view at all. It is completely meaningless to stay in such a room. There are very few rooms with a view shown on Ctrip. It is difficult to arrange for Hoshino World in Ito. The hotel is called Anzhen Express Hotel, which is the same but has a sea view. In short, the two areas in Ito are average. I used to make reservations frequently and was very disappointed last time. I only booked one this time and the experience was average. I just picked up a cheap hotel from First Line Sea View Hotel. Come to the room to experience it, especially the sea view is Inatori

DDongguaxuanHow should I put this? I came to experience the Hoshino Resorts Kai brand, and overall, everything from the facilities and ambiance to the service and food justified the 5k price tag. However, for 5k, you could also book a hotel with a private onsen. This particular hotel is more suited for couples looking for a relaxing getaway. I wouldn't really recommend it for families with children, possibly due to privacy concerns. The hotel lobby itself was hard to find, and getting there would be quite a hassle without a car or private transfer. The meals also weren't very kid-friendly; my children didn't eat well for either breakfast or dinner.

JJasssssIn fact, the hotel is very good, the environment is very good, the room is very beautiful, the toilet is super big, and it is very comfortable to live. But the disadvantage is that the traffic is too inconvenient, unless you drive by yourself... and dinner needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise there is nothing to eat nearby.

MM317143****It's very spacious, and although it's a bit old, it's very clean. The rooms are not only large but also fully equipped with everything, including an induction cooker, range hood, and kitchen utensils, though we didn't really need them. The public bathhouse was quite comfortable, and it had everything we needed. The receptionist speaks English, so we could communicate, and they were very friendly.
