"Although there were multiple communications with the hotel regarding dining arrangements due to an issue with the intermediary agent, the overall performance of the hotel was truly delightful. From the station pick-up to the front desk, and from the hot springs to breakfast and dinner, everything was professional and thoughtful. If you want to experience an authentic Japanese feel, this is undoubtedly the best choice in Ito. If I return to Ito, I will definitely choose to stay here again."

"Absolutely five stars!!! Excellent service and amazing pool side view. Both dinner and breakfast are perfect!! They provide shuttle buses but the timing is not good for me. It’s only around 10 minutes walk from nearest station. So the location is not a big problem for me."

"## Ambiance: As a guesthouse, it's absolutely beautiful. The historic house is filled with thoughtful touches from the owners, creating a warm and aesthetically pleasing environment. ## Service: First off, both owners are Chinese, so communication was seamless. The hot water and Jingyang Fucha (dark tea) were incredibly comforting to drink. You can pre-order dinner and breakfast, and the home-cooked flavors were truly soothing for the body and mind, plus the prices were excellent. Additionally, the owner was considerate of guests arriving by public transport; when not busy, they offered free pickup and drop-off at Izu Kogen. However, this isn't possible during meal times or very late/early arrivals/departures, as it's a complimentary extra service. ## Room: The bedding was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The shared bathroom and shower facilities were more than adequate. The room wasn't huge, but selecting one based on your needs won't feel cramped. Overall, my stay was very satisfying. I definitely want to come back during cherry blossom season to truly slow down and experience it. Also, when I mentioned wanting to soak, the owner kindly arranged for me to visit a special Izu volcanic mud bath, a local spot where I experienced a traditional Japanese 'onsen' (hot spring bath). It has its unique charm, just like our Northern Chinese bathhouses, though Northern bathhouses definitely have superior facilities and recreational options."

"民宿總共7個房間吧，在富户站，是中國人開的，建議事先與店家聯繫接送機，否則不太方便，大馬路走到民宿需要10分鐘的樣子，民宿附近有巴士交通，可以去大室山，仙人掌動物園，但是要自己算好時間，否則會等很久，我選擇五公里內打出租車，價格1900-2000日元左右，步行15分鐘有兩家比較大的餐廳，老闆娘會給你提供餐飲訊息，私湯是預約時間的，一家三口用足夠。整體感覺不錯吧。"

"This was the best hotel experience I've ever had! While the price isn't cheap, the experience was incredibly worthwhile. It's also worth noting that the hotel's location is quite secluded, making it ideal for those traveling by car. Environment: The guest rooms are beautifully designed, and the small courtyard has a Zen-like feel. Whether soaking in the hot springs indoors or outdoors, the views are truly elegant and pleasant. The rooms are also incredibly spacious! Both the room and the courtyard are photogenic, but unfortunately, my schedule was tight and I didn't have time to take any good photos. The hotel is located at the foot of Mount Omuro, creating fresh air and the lovely sound of woodpeckers waking up in the morning. The courtyard's high walls provide excellent privacy. Overall, it's wonderful to soak in the hot springs so close to nature! Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. On the day of our visit, we hadn't made a thorough travel guide, so we couldn't get a taxi or catch the bus after leaving the attraction. We finally called and asked if they could pick us up. Although the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle service, the manager heard about it and came to pick us up. We arrived just in time for dinner. (Visitors visiting Izu Kogen must plan their transportation accordingly! It's generally okay during the day, but taxis are incredibly difficult after 5 PM, and when the buses close, it's a real hassle.) Dinner at Green Color Yuzen: The food was the biggest surprise. The menu combines local specialties and seasonal vegetables, and the presentation was beautiful and delicious! Each dish was small, but we were still quite full after finishing them all. Despite the language barrier, the manager took great pains to explain the dishes to us. Breakfast was incredibly filling! The dishes were varied and generous, and they were delicious! 😋 All in all, it was a fantastic experience! This was the first stop on our trip. My husband and I flew for over ten hours to Tokyo, feeling shaky, and then spent a full day walking around Izu Kogen. After checking into this hotel that night, we felt completely refreshed! Thank you to the hotel staff, and thank you to Izu! Vacationing is such a blessing, and I feel even more hopeful about the days ahead."

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. The view from the room is great, with both the mountains and the sea, which is very relaxing. I'm glad that the hot springs are relatively empty. The staff are also kind, so I recommend this hotel."

"As a room with a view, it is quite good. As a semi-youth hostel, the price is reasonable. However, the Thai girl at the front desk is terrible. As a customer service, she has very poor respect and courtesy. She also reminds passengers with children to book a room per person in advance, otherwise it will be more expensive when they arrive at the front desk. I said that he has several cats at home.
