Guest UserThe pictures really say it all for this place! It's a view-lover's paradise and I highly recommend it. It was clean, the coffee was delicious, and it had a bathtub, two bathrooms, and two beds, perfect for four people. It's truly a great spot to just relax and unwind.

Anonymous UserI loved this hotel. The room was big and the ocean view was good even though I was on the lower floors. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided was also really nice. Note that no other toiletries were provided. Overall a great place for a relaxing trip!

StralüshPerfect stay! The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and coast, we took many nice pictures. The hotel is literally in front of the SokchoEye, perfect to relax after a long drive! The room was spacious, we had a tiny kitchen which was extremely appreciated! Easy parking.
The self check-in and self check-out were the cherry on top 🥰 I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

Guest UserThe view is great.
It feels a bit dated, but it offers good value for money for a large family.
The elevator is very crowded and difficult to take, and even though the parking lot is huge, there are so many cars that there is nowhere to park.
Nevertheless, the market is close (10 minutes by car) and you can see the lake, so we had a good rest.
Although it is located in Chase, since it is a different establishment, the contactless check-in made it feel more convenient.

Maf VelázquezExcellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme.
The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner).
It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area.
Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

Guest UserThis was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff!
Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal.
I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent).
The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)!
It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m.
The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask.
Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold.
The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird. Water pressure for shower is way too weak. No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time. Views are magnificient however. The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

This is my third visit already! It's been 10 years since my last stay, and the facilities have really been upgraded. It's cool that you can even check out using a tablet now. I'm satisfied!

The manager Mr. Lee is very friendly and nice. He drove us to the bus stop on the raining day when we checked out. The hotel location is great, can walk to the Mt. Seorak. We also thanks to the senior couple of the hotel who are very funny and very kind to us too.
