Great
GGuest UserLast year, my Urbanstay experience in Incheon was so fantastic that I decided to book Urbanstay in Sokcho as well, and I'm 99% satisfied. The only 1% dissatisfaction was that my room directly faced another building, making me feel a bit exposed with the curtains open, so much so that I ended up changing in the bathroom. The bedding was wonderfully comfortable, high-quality hotel-style linen. The room featured clean and practical furniture, plenty of hangers, and amenities like a washing machine, microwave, and coffee machine. Truly thoughtful service, with nothing lacking. The bathroom cabinets seemed to be made of hinoki wood, and the pleasant scent every time I entered was wonderfully refreshing. However, on Saturday evening, the music from the swimming pool's night event was incredibly loud until 9 PM, with vibrations so strong they made me feel nauseous. Ugh! Despite that one issue, everything else was so excellent that I wished I could have stayed for another month.
GGuest UserHotel was very nice, but we did not know that for Dominiklava Hotel there is No Front Desk. So, it was little difficult to acknowledge how to check-in. We need to ask to the front desk of another hotel to help us.
Dominiklava did not sent any previous message before I have contacted them at my arrival at the Hotel. Check in was made by phone call as well as the check out.
GGuest UserAs soon as the two of us walked into the room, we both said ”Wow!” We were really impressed. For this price point, we're extremely satisfied with the accommodations. There are three elevators in total, and since we visited after a long holiday, there was almost no waiting time and they were quite fast. The parking lot also had spacious spots; even with a large sedan over 5 meters long, there was plenty of room. The view speaks for itself – absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier.
AAnonymous UserI loved this hotel. The room was big and the ocean view was good even though I was on the lower floors. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided was also really nice. Note that no other toiletries were provided. Overall a great place for a relaxing trip!
SStralüshPerfect stay! The room had a wonderful view of the ocean and coast, we took many nice pictures. The hotel is literally in front of the SokchoEye, perfect to relax after a long drive! The room was spacious, we had a tiny kitchen which was extremely appreciated! Easy parking.
The self check-in and self check-out were the cherry on top 🥰 I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
MMaf VelázquezExcellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme.
The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner).
It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area.
Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.
IIgnasiJMHotel with good amenities and at a nice location. We did have an issue in our room in building B, which had too much noise (from the heating system maybe?), and the staff changed our room without hesitation to another one that was great in building D. Very friendly staff.
JJeremy K BarbosaNo tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird. Water pressure for shower is way too weak. No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time. Views are magnificient however. The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.
FFulcrum DriverAn exceptionally located nest for travellers visiting Seoraksan.. the best part about this place are the people who run the show.. Mr Lee Inwon and his family members.. very warm, hospitable, friendly people.. The guidance I received from them really made my trip absolutely worth it.. and I look forward to it again.. the sit out lounge reminds one of a family living room.. Thank you Mr Lee for such a wonderful experience
