Great spacious room, affordable price, and good location. However, it was a bit difficult to connect with the front desk for check-in via KakaoTalk beforehand, and getting information like check-out instructions was a bit challenging. But the price is so good and the pool is free, so I'd love to stay here again.

The place was amazing. Small apartment with great view of the sea with beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Very clean with a very friendly staff. The city fish market 5 minutes away and many little restaurants along the water. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is new and conveniently located close to the bus station and the beach. There are also convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable. They offer luggage storage, and you can even watch the sunrise from the rooftop!

Overall, it was an average stay. The cleanliness was what I'd expect for the price. My main disappointments were that getting to the beach required walking around the building from the main entrance due to a fence at the back, and the elevator usage was very inconvenient. With four elevators operating in total, it would be better if one side operated for odd/even floors, another for the basement up to the 12th floor (not going higher than 12), and another for the basement up to the 24th high floor (skipping floors 2-12).

1. Poor Room Layout and Lack of Consideration for Female Guests There is no dressing table/vanity. Without one, there should at least be a mirror positioned where I can sit down to apply makeup, but the only mirror is located by the entrance (where you put on shoes). I tried using the bathroom instead, but the lighting is so poorly placed that it reflects off the mirror, making it impossible to see my face clearly. Furthermore, the hairdryer cord is so short that I can’t even look in the mirror while drying my hair. The lack of consideration for female guests is appalling. 2. Unreasonable Trash Disposal Policy Guests are required to sort and dispose of their own recycling. I don’t understand why a guest staying at a hotel is expected to do the housekeeping. To make matters worse, the trash disposal area has no roof, so if it’s raining, you have to either hold an umbrella or just get soaked while throwing away the trash. 3. Unmanaged AV Room There is an AV/Game room, but no staff members are stationed there to manage it. This means if one team decides to monopolize the equipment and play for hours, there is no way to intervene. There is clearly no oversight or system in place to ensure all guests get a fair turn.

The view is great. It feels a bit dated, but it offers good value for money for a large family. The elevator is very crowded and difficult to take, and even though the parking lot is huge, there are so many cars that there is nowhere to park. Nevertheless, the market is close (10 minutes by car) and you can see the lake, so we had a good rest. Although it is located in Chase, since it is a different establishment, the contactless check-in made it feel more convenient.

This was a very pleasant place to stay before and after a hike in Seoraksan National Park. Lovely view from the balcony. Very clean and comfortable, and helpful staff! Very convenient location. The local bus to the national park is right across the street from the hotel, and the hotel is 10 minutes walk from the express bus terminal. I was pleasantly surprised by a washing machine in the room, which was great to clean my muddy clothes after my hike (you'll need your own laundry detergent). The room had a kitchenette with sink, hot plate, and full-size refrigerator and freezer. The only problem is there was no pot or pan to use on the hot plate, so I could not actually use it to warm my food (unless I would travel with my own pot)! It would be nice if the room provided a hair dryer and if the hotel had some breakfast option. The cafe downstairs offers only drinks, not food, and doesn't open until 11 a.m. The entryway light is motion activated, and there are many electronic buttons and panels around the room that emit light, so if you are sensitive to light while sleeping, you will have to cover your eyes with a sleep mask. Also note that it you close the sliding door between the bed and living area while the air conditioning is on, it will prevent the cold air from reaching the part of the room where the thermostat is located, so the air conditioner will remain on indefinitely, and the sleeping area will get very cold. The various panels for lights and temperature were a bit difficult to understand. English labels would be helpful. But the receptionist was helpful and came up to my room to show me how to use the air conditioning. The USB port on the nightstand worked some of the time and sometimes it didn't. I couldn't figure out if there was a switch or setting somewhere in the room to make it work, or if it was just malfunctioning.

We stayed here for our family trip to Sokcho. The rooms were clean, and the sauna used Cheoksan hot spring water, so the water was excellent and we enjoyed using it with the children.

An exceptionally located nest for travellers visiting Seoraksan.. the best part about this place are the people who run the show.. Mr Lee Inwon and his family members.. very warm, hospitable, friendly people.. The guidance I received from them really made my trip absolutely worth it.. and I look forward to it again.. the sit out lounge reminds one of a family living room.. Thank you Mr Lee for such a wonderful experience
