Sokcho-si Hotels with Wifi

The room condition was clean and great as it's a newly built building. There wasn't a speck of dust on the window sills, and the terrace chairs and table were also spotlessly clean, which was fantastic for someone like me who is sensitive to hygiene. I think they really thought about customer convenience with the table and chairs next to the bed, perfect for snacking and relaxing. I was surprised to see transparent protectors on sharp corners like the bed frame to prevent injuries. Even after staying at many accommodations, I've never seen such meticulous attention to detail. It feels like a safe place to stay even with children. Also, I stayed on the 13th floor, and it gets quite windy up high, so if you close just one terrace window, there's a lot of wind noise. Make sure to close both windows when you sleep! ^^ Apart from a slight flushing sound, there was no other noise, so I slept well without any disturbances and had a good rest. I plan to visit again if I travel to Sokcho next time. The weather was great, and the Ulsanbawi view was fantastic! ^^

The front desk staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The hotel provides detailed guides in English, so even if you don’t speak Korean, you can feel confident exploring the area on your own. The mountain-view room was absolutely beautiful. In the morning, I could watch the sunrise right from the room and wake up surrounded by a sea of clouds. It was such a peaceful and unforgettable experience! The room was compact but very clean and well-equipped. I especially liked the automatic toilet and the pleasant lavender-scented body wash and shampoo. The location is extremely convenient, right across from a bus stop. There is also a microwave on the first floor and free washing machines on the second floor. Overall, the hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the price is very reasonable. Definitely a great value for money!

My family and I absolutely love this hotel. We HIGHLY recommend! Especially for families that decide to go to Sokcho just to relax or sightsee. My daughter loved her little tent to sleep in and the view was beautiful! This hotel offers a lot of amenities like a cute area for kids to play (play play), arcade w/ karaoke and photobooth, and so much more!! I was able to get these 2 cute desserts from the Horizon bakery. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to go to the indoor/outdoor pool but we will would love to come back and check it out! Excellent location (I mean EXCELLENT) as it's 5 min away from the entrance of the park. It is easy to get to by bus no 7/7-1 and by taxi. The hotel looks a bit old from the outside but it is tastefully decorated on the inside and they keep very well in line with the English theme. The rooms are clean and spacious, with very nice views. They have a nice space to put things away and a small fridge. Our shower unfortunately wasn't sealed from the shower door so we ended up with water in the whole bathroom (difficult to control with a 6'4 partner). It has in house laundry and a small grocery shop that saved us one day it was raining too much to head back to the restaurant area. Really recommend if you're visiting the park (or Sokcho as it's also 15-20 min away by bus). Very friendly staff.

🐳👩🏻&👧🏻's Korea Trip Fourth stop ☞ Sokcho Luxury ocean view family room, two queen beds (131 cm wide) separated by a three-panel soundproof door. Accommodates four people, a really great room type. Facilities: Very new, minimalist decor, built-in large refrigerator, fresh-keeping cabinet, 28F gym and cafe, 29F infinity pool. Location: Very close to the long-distance bus terminal and the beach. A direct bus takes you to Jungang Market. The scenery is lovely. The only drawback is that this room faces south-southwest, so you can't watch the sunrise 🌅

I took an Uber from the bus terminal and was dropped off at Building C because I just typed the hotel name — it happened to be the first building we passed, and I didn’t know that it wasn’t the main one. Building C has no reception, so I went up to Level 4 (if I remember correctly) for the kiosk check-in. It was a bit laggy, but I managed to complete the process and was assigned a room in Building A. I’m not sure if all rooms with the Ondol (heated-floor) type are in that building. I had to walk to Building A with my two suitcases, which took around 5-7 minutes — not too bad, but it felt a bit of a hassle after a long trip. The location, however, was really good. If you love catching the sunrise, you can simply wake up early and walk for about 2 minutes to the beach. I also booked an Uber ride to Seoraksan National Park for a 5 a.m. hike, which cost ₩17,500. The room was quite spacious, especially for a solo traveler. The only downside was that there’s no bidet or smart toilet. You might also want to bring your own large towel, as they only provide small ones, and no toothbrush kits — although there’s a vending machine on the first floor for toiletries and slippers if you need extras. The heating floor worked perfectly, and the room was very clean. It’s well-equipped with cooking and dining utensils, a built-in electric stove, a washing machine, and a large fridge — ideal for longer stays. There are also plenty of convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants on the first floor, and several attractions are within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — comfortable, clean, and convenient for both short and long visits in Sokcho.

No tea bags or coffee sachets provided, which is a bit weird.  Water pressure for shower is way too weak.  No room cleaning services, leaving alone having your new towels put outside your room in the morning. Only 4 lifts serving way too many hotel stayers, resulting in long waiting lines and thus, time.  Views are magnificient however.  The room is so massive and the balconies are spacious.

We stayed 2 nights, and the owners were really kind and friendly and invited us to sing and play Korean songs along with them and other families in the stage they have in the basement. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole trip in South Korea. The room and water were warm and well suited for the winter. They upgraded our room for free and there was so much space with sink, fridge, sofa and table included. The breakfast every morning is delicious and filling, preparing you well for a day of walking in the mountains. 설악산 was beautiful coated in the white snow. The location of the hotel is great too, as there is a frequent bus that takes you to the park in no time, as well as to the city when you first come or when you leave the last day. I hope I can come back again to visit the park during different seasons, and I will definitely would like to stay in this hotel again. Thank you for everything. Gracias, 감사합니다 😄

Location fm buses fm Seoul Express station is perfect, 24H Starbucks and CU, walking distance fm Emart and Daiso! Busstop to market , 0644h bus 7 or 7-1 to Seoraksan base is just outside a convenience store can top up ur TMoney last minute and for supplies. Check in n out via machine seamless! Working and melodious Microwave n fridge in room is a game changer. Aircon good has dehumidifying function for summer humidity. Washing machine didn’t work for me so I’m lugging my climbwear back to Seoul. No cooking using stove allowed so the hob n stove are great decoration n rack space. They provide 1L water n many many many small white towels for every limb.bedrooom slippers are decent and actually fit! US11

Highly recommended if you are looking for a practical and clean stay in Sokcho, offering excellent views, good quality furnishings (Fursys), reasonable prices, spacious rooms, and a great location. 속초에서 가성비 좋고 깔끔한 호텔 찾으시면 적극 추천합니다. 아주 훌륭한 전망, 리즈너블한 가격, 관리 잘된 가구들(소파는 퍼시스네요)이랑 넓은 객실이 맘에 듭니다. 위치도 좋아요
