4-Star Hotels in Casablanca

The location isn't particularly special, nothing really stands out. The hotel has a lot of rooms and convenient underground parking. I didn't try the breakfast, but my friend said it was pretty good.

Place wasn't like photos and they run a tax scam of overcharging - research the Casablanca tourist tax rate( I raised a chargeback against them) charged me for 4 people for 1 person booking. They refused to provide an invoice as well after saying they would(reinforces above point) They email address they provide is fake and doesn't work Location is good for public transport and is near the tram and supermarket nearby Internet is great for video calls, streaming etc... Bed and sofa are decent Kitchen is decently equipped but has no sponge. Washing machine of course is useful

Decor of room was great. Waiting for a lift blocked by cleaners was a pain. 5-10 minutes with no indication of arrival. Breakfast basic. If you don’t want Moroccan Tea you have no other choices. Water pressure poor for a shower. This is not a 4 Star hotel.

Valet parking was convenient, and the staff were professional. The check-in process was smooth and fast. The hotel’s design and concept are impressive and make you feel like you are somewhere other than Casablanca. The overall vibe of the hotel is lovely and enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night. However, the room design is not very practical, the bathroom lacks privacy in terms of soundproofing and transparency, and the room size is slightly below average compared to other hotels in Morocco.

Good hotel in terms of location, delicious breakfasts, and spacious rooms with daily housekeeping. Downsides: 1. Annoying bellboy who doesn't take no for an answer. After being asked to leave us alone, he continued to offer unnecessary services. 2. Also, by some strange coincidence, immediately after check-in, we were disturbed in our room twice. Someone knocked separately to bring water and tea/coffee sachets, and then a few minutes later, the kettle was brought separately. I don't understand why they couldn't bring everything at once (check-in was in the evening, much later than 3 PM). 3. There were no mugs in the room (perhaps they were supposed to be brought when they addressed downside #2, but after the second visit, we put up the 'do not disturb' sign). 4. The shower gel was as thin as water; it was impossible to use. Otherwise, it was good.

I stayed at Barceló in a king-bed room. Overall, everything was good, and the room was well equipped with most of the amenities you need. The only missing items were toothbrushes and slippers. However, there wasn’t much variety at breakfast—very limited choices. For a hotel rated five stars on Booking and TripAdvisor, I expected a much better breakfast. Instead, it felt more like a one-star hotel breakfast. Otherwise, the room quality was very good.

Experience was great! Nice hotel staff and accommodating upon request! The breakfast buffet had many great options and cover all basics of a continental.

The location is super convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. For Chinese food, I recommend Golden China. For Western options, Dauphin or Casa Jose are great choices, but Dauphin is my top pick. It's also close to Marina Mall and not far from the Hassan II Mosque.

The room is warm and cozy. Very recommended during winter season

This hotel is very cost-effective and the overall experience is excellent. The location is excellent and the transportation is very convenient. Although it is facing the street, it is located in the small street. The night is very quiet. The two nights I slept most solidly abroad were here. This is very commendable. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped and well maintained, even if the hotel is some years old, it does not affect the use at all. The room has its own small terrace and is also equipped with practical facilities such as a kitchenette, safe, suitable for friends who like to cook. The service attitude is also very good, the price is close to the people, and the price is full. The fly in the ointment is that the towel is dark, which may be a common situation in North Africa, but it is somewhat difficult for us tourists from the mainland to adapt. On the whole, it is still a hotel worth choosing.
