Very Good
Wwyg213The hotel isn't far from the city center, just a few hundred meters from Mohammed V Square, and the French Consulate is also nearby. It has a Chinese-style hotel design, and the rooms come with small balconies. Breakfast is Chinese-style. Overall, it's very convenient for getting around! There's also a bubble tea shop next to the hotel run by Chinese owners, and they are super friendly! ❤️🔥
MmystarskyThe hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.
TTOBISThis was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful.
TTritonWangIt's a historic guesthouse, basically a hostel. For the price, it has everything you need and is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. It's just that some of the facilities look a bit old.
IIsmailThe room was decent and really appreciated the Shower amenities. There was construction work nearby so it wasn’t very convenient to park.
What we didn’t appreciate is that the hotel gave us a Studio instead of the apartment we initially booked without informing us. We asked many times but we never had a solution offered.
Also, You should ask to get towels and toilet paper. They were not provided.
AAnonymous UserGreat location near the beach and very great support from the receptionist for most of the enquiries. The only few down side is that the housekeeping are slow and halfhearted. The food is of great quality but lacks variety, you may be bored of the food after 1 day.
GGuest UserA modern contemporary hotel close to the Casablanca Voyageurs Train Station. The hotel has now combined with Campanile to have sole check in. The desk service is slow and inconsistent. I arrived at 3pm but had to wait an hour to get my room. The housekeeping was mediocre and the room wasn’t cleaned nor towels changed. I asked for this to be done at reception but to no avail. I needed an iron and was provided a broken one a day later. In the end I got my shirts pressed by the local dry cleaner. The room was spacious with decent views. The breakfast was limited and the same each day. Not a true 4* hotel. By combining with Campanile to cut costs has had a negative effect on service.
GGuest UserThe room is small and a little damp, but the location is good and convenient for travel. It's ok to stay here, and there are restaurants and transportation nearby. It's worth recommending, and the breakfast is also ok! Come again next time!
GGuest UserI was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.
