3-Star Hotels in Casablanca

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to everything. The furniture and decor are a bit dated. Overall, the interior is interesting, with a Moroccan style. Breakfasts are hearty, and the omelet is delicious. The front desk staff are responsive, and you can leave your luggage after check-out.

The hotel looks nice, elegant and quiet from the outside, but the environment in front of the door is not good because the road is being repaired, but parking is available. The room is of moderate size and the bathroom is relatively large, but the water for showering was not hot on the first day. It was raining and the temperature was about 15°, which was a bit cold. The air conditioner in the room did not have a heating function. The next day, I added a quilt and took a shower in advance. The water was hot. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, milk, boiled eggs, bread, tortillas, etc. What you pay when you arrive at the store is the city fee, which is charged per person and is much higher than the amount indicated by xc. You ask for the payment receipt and pay xc. You get compensation for the overpaid money from xc. Like it. Overall, this hotel is clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Carrefour Supermarket is 5 minutes away from the hotel and Xinlongmen Chinese Restaurant is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. The Hassan II Mosque is worth seeing in this city.

My husband and I were pleased with our stay. Comfortable firm mattresses, two rolls of toilet paper, and cool water during the day, which gets warmer in the evening. The hotel is located next to a busy road, so it's difficult to get any rest during the day, as even with the windows closed, you can constantly hear cars honking and passing. At night, there's practically no traffic. This is probably the only drawback. Breakfast isn't very varied, offering a variety of pastries, porridge, omelets, and the like.

My Moroccon friend I studied my phd with in Ireland (my nationality) drove me from Cas airport to the hotel & helped me with my bags to my room & ordered me a bottle of wine from the bar (about the same price as the deluxe room), saying welcome to my beautiful country! The bar staff took the wine off my friend, a GP, and said ”I know this is how you earn your bread and you will be paid but we don't accept this here”. I.e. The receptionist accused my friend of being a **********. The bar man was disgusted by the comment. Having paid, I didn't stay at the hotel and checked out the next day. The receptionist should say... We don't accept non-customers going to customers rooms, not accuse another Moroccon woman of being a ****** (my conservative Muslim friend was mortified)

Deuxième séjour chez Fatima Zahra, cette fois dans un autre appartement, et encore une très belle expérience. Appartement propre, confortable et bien situé. Fatima Zahra est toujours accueillante, disponible et professionnelle. Je recommande sans hésitation !

The hotel itself isn't bad. It's a 3-star hotel. No cold water. I had trouble showering once. There's a coffee machine, but no coffee, tea, or anything like that. You can hear noise from the street. Breakfast is nonexistent, not recommended. Would I come back? Yes, but definitely not in an emergency.

The hotel is really a bit old style but the location is good, very close to the beach and has stores and restaurants nearby, very convenient. They have a own car parking area, quite safe to park the car in there. The staffs are also very nice. Our room is a family room, space is good enough, just a bit noise for the car running during the midnight time. For showering, the water pressure is not very powerful but do acceptable and hot enough. Breakfast is simple but good and full.

It's a three-star hotel, but it's really outrageous. The room I stayed in was at most ten square meters, including the bathroom. There was a width of fifty centimeters on each side of the bed. The door of the room could not be fully opened. There was not even a latch or safety chain behind the door. I could only use a box to prop it up between the door and the bed. What was speechless was that the location on Ctrip was wrong. It seemed to be located in the city government office building. I searched for the hotel on the map and found it, which was nearly two kilometers away. Moreover, the hotel pictures posted by Ctrip said that they were for reference only, and the actual hotel you stayed in should prevail. 😂😂😂
