The views are great. The house is beautiful. The host is very helpful and friendly.

5* customer service 5* cleanliness 5* location 3* Building & facilities 4* kitchenette Had a truly pleasant stay here. Airplane Mgmt gave clear checkin instructions and was prompt and responsive to all requests. Deposit was promptly refunded after checkout. Most important, it served the purpose of sound sleep, clean room and a good shower. Kitchenette equipped with clean microwave, plates, bowls and cutlery was adequate for light cooking (no knife tho). Nice sea and waterfront views. Plenty of undercover car parking. Didn't use the swimming pool and gym but the facilities look clean and well maintained.

Excellent location very near a beach, the villa has relaxing vibe with the rustic and greenery. Perfect for family and friends. Would love for more game amenities (pool table etc.) Some small improvements would make the place a definite 5 star villa. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Location- strategic and walking distance to famous restaurants nearby - Zus, Starbucks, McD, cove, dedaun, etc. seaside view able to watch nice sunset. Room- normal room type and prompt service request. Eg: the aircon not cool, they sent the technician promptly even is on public holiday. Car park- hotel guest need to drive up to L3. At 1st abit confusing as got 2 towers. The lobby located at one of the tower. Overall still good with good customer service.

Very spacious house. It's very clean and tidy. The large fridge works well. There's one queen bed and two single beds. Having two bathrooms is super convenient, no need to fight over them. The house also smells nice, and there's no grime in the bathrooms.

Yes, the scenery is charming. It's hard to find it by yourself. The boss sent someone to pick him up at Lijing's door. It felt like it was done by Lijing Rental. There is a Regent logo on the room card and inside. The boss speaks Chinese and is easy to communicate with
