"My family and I recently stayed at Lexis Port Dickson (Lexis PD) on 6-7 June 2026 and encountered several issues that I promptly reported to the manager, Mr. Wan and the front office representative, Ms. Foo, who assured me that improvements would be made and that a follow-up call would be provided. Upon arrival, I found dead cockroaches under the sink cabinet and noticed a urine-like odor in the room; housekeeping only addressed the issue after multiple reminders. The room also had maintenance problems, including a balcony door that could not close properly, a malfunctioning minibar, and later a non-functioning television, although the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved these issues. As we returned to the hotel late in the evening after our activities, we did not request a room change as it would have caused further inconvenience and disruption to our stay. Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep well due to the strong smell of mothballs, possibly from recent pest control treatment, combined with the persistent urine odor. While I appreciate the responsiveness of the maintenance staff and the attention given by Mr. Wan and Ms. Foo, I hope the hotel will improve room cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort to provide a better experience for future guests."

"Had a wonderful stay at Panorama View Resort Port Dickson with the private pool villa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay — well-maintained, peaceful, and great for enjoying some quality time away from the crowd. Another highlight was the lounge buffet, which had a good selection of food and was regularly replenished. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and the lounge offered a beautiful sunset view overlooking the resort. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a short escape in Port Dickson. Would definitely love to return again!"

"Overall was good. The service was good despite how busy and packed the hotel was. They were very organised when accommodating spike in volume of people checking in making it a smooth process altogether."

"This hotel is great, but most of it is open-air. So, if you have a baby who can't handle the heat, be sure to bring a fan, guys. The lobby and coffee house are open and don't have air conditioning. I was a bit stunned when I first arrived. Moms carrying babies will definitely break a sweat 😅. There are indeed elevators. However, even with a stroller, it's a bit challenging to get to the room because you have to climb stairs 😅 to reach your room. That part is a little tiring. But all the staff are really good, top-notch 👍🏻. Anyway, happy kids make happy parents too! 🤗"

"Shower head water flow is pathetic, bed and pillow are comfortable, aircon is way too cold, breakfast options arw very minimal, its almost for filling stomach instead of enjoyment."

"The overwater bungalow, though a bit dated in its decor, has a lovely vintage charm. The environment is fantastic, and it's super convenient for getting to the beach. The food at the restaurant is really good, highly recommend! And you see protected animals everywhere, which is pretty cool, haha."

"This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you."

"Old hotel. But ok for its price.  We sleep well.. tv has several channels - good!  The pool conditions is unattractive anymore, but hey… go to the beach instead! LOL. The beach in the photo is just a walking distance"

"Stayed at Langit Langi Hotel PD over the weekend. The hotel location was easy to find, right beside the main road and directly in front of a Petronas station and PD Hotel. Parking was mostly available during the weekend and the area felt safe. Check-in process was smooth and fast. I only needed to provide my booking details and IC for verification, then paid RM50 room deposit and RM4 local charge. In less than 10 minutes, I received the room key. The room condition was generally acceptable, but the actual experience did not fully match what was advertised on Trip.com. The room view and overall feel were slightly different from the photos shown. A few things that could be improved: - The floor was slightly dusty. - The room had a weird smell at first, probably because it had been unoccupied for some time. - No hair dryer was provided even though it was mentioned on Trip.com. - Iron was available, but it was shared outside the room for the whole floor. - The listing showed a bathtub, but our room did not have one. - Aircond took quite a while to cool the room. On the positive side, basic toiletries were provided including toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet tissue, and shower gel. The biggest issue for me was the soundproofing. I actually read reviews about this beforehand but still decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, you can clearly hear vehicles from the main road throughout the night. What surprised me the most was the sound of the washing machine running almost nonstop from night until midday. It honestly felt like sleeping above a laundry room, and it did interrupt my sleep. Other than that, everything else was generally okay for a short stay."
