It's a quiet and clean hotel. The location is pretty good as you can go to the shopping mall if you walk a little. The staff were friendly and emotional, and I was personally satisfied.

All the staff were lovely and provided excellent service. Everyone was smiling and happy to answer questions and give great recommendations for tourist spots. The rooms and facilities were clean and well-equipped. The kids were so happy that we had to book an extra night! We were very impressed, giving it 100/10!

Fantastic hotel facility. Harbour land and laser tag is free. There are 2 amusement park rides. Which is super fun. Everyone is clean and well maintained. Free flow of coffee and tea and juice at lobby. Very very happy kids here 😀😀

Every year around August, I attend a social gathering in Thailand. For the past few years, I've consistently stayed at this hotel. It's close to Robinson but in a quiet location. There are many local eateries nearby, and a massage parlor is right in front, making it very convenient. I always book without breakfast so I can enjoy local dishes like 'Sen Lek' in the morning. I'll be back next year, so I look forward to it!

This was my second stay here, and I was quite pleased with the front desk service, breakfast, location, and the room's functionality. The only downside was finding bugs in my second-floor room twice during my two-night stay, though my colleague in another room didn't encounter any. The hot water supply was excellent, and otherwise, my stay was problem-free.

overall experience was good, but the location was a bit further from the downtown, and they prepared only 1 set of ammenity.

The environment is quiet, and I especially loved the huge golf course and swimming pool. The breakfast was also pretty good. However, the room facilities are a bit old and dated. It's still a nice place to stay occasionally.
