Fantastic hotel facility. Harbour land and laser tag is free. There are 2 amusement park rides. Which is super fun. Everyone is clean and well maintained. Free flow of coffee and tea and juice at lobby. Very very happy kids here 😀😀

The overall experience at the hotel was okay. When we checked in at night, there were staff available 24 hours, which was convenient. However, the toilet had a strong unpleasant odor. We called the reception, and a staff member came to assist us with air freshener. She kindly offered to change our room, but we declined. While the service was good, the situation was not quite what we expected.

A very nice experience, I like the style of the hotel and the food is japanese style with some local Thai snack, especially the drinks is quite good, I like to eat the salmon, and the room is very good, environment is quite nice, I'll be here again

The room was clean and spacious, not cramped at all for three people. The zones were clearly divided. It might be a bit old, but it was very clean. The service was good and hassle-free. The security guards were lovely and extremely helpful with parking. The location is good, not far from Koh Loi.

The hotel has 2 buildings, one is residential and another one for family with non-smoking rule. The superior room is clean, nice, and not compact at all. 2 large swimming pools with a great playground make this place suit for family trips so there are children around all the time while the staffs highly professional and can handle very well. I visited during a busy holidays but the breakfast still went well. A bit busy around 9.30 am. The last thing I want to mention is the hot pool might need to be cleaned more often since there is some dirt in the pool.

The view from this place is absolutely stunning. You get a wide, panoramic look over the town with colorful houses, greenery, and the calm sea stretching out to the horizon. The ocean is dotted with boats, which adds a peaceful and scenic vibe, especially during the late afternoon when the light is soft and warm. It’s a great spot to relax, take photos, and enjoy the atmosphere. The combination of city life and nature makes it feel both lively and calming at the same time. Definitely worth it if you enjoy beautiful views and a quiet, refreshing environment.

Location is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food. There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian. At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times. Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat. Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times. The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more. There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men. The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way. Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon. Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.

1) i booked this hotel after setting a swimming pool search requirement and there was a pool picture on their profile. However, when i reached the property, the staff told me it would be ready for use only after 2-3 months. The profile piool picture was actually like a lotus pond on the property. 2) after checking in, the reception pointed to my room saying the key was at the door. Not having a keycard is not so convenient eapecially for a very new hotel {see next complain below) 3) at night, the door is lit but the keyhole area is not. The door is black, the keylock is black ao it's very dim and difficult to insert the key without the phone flash. 4) bad odor coming from toilet 5) room had a smell upon entering since the aircon wasn't turned on and it was very hot inside. I turned onthe AC to 20C and full blast on the blower, left the front door open and the room cooled down in 15 minutes. Btw, i checked in around 6pm already. 6) some ants on the TV stand/table 7) water coming down AC blower in the morning 8) no soap provided but there were small containers of shampoo, conditioner and body gel wash 9) location is not easily accessible and have to be careful not to turn right at the wrong street. The sign on the main road was at street level and not too large, there was a car parked beside it so it was a bit hidden 10) area is nice outdoor glamping vibe but would have been better with a working pool

This hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get around. It's right next to Ko Loi island, which is a beautiful tourist spot. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and it even has a bathtub. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Si Racha.

🐳 A seaside hotel perfect for recharging your batteries. The overall atmosphere is quite quiet and relaxed. Waking up and opening the curtains to a sea view is incredibly relaxing. The gentle sea breeze makes you feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle for a short mental break. The room decor is simple, prioritizing comfort over luxury. The bed is decent and comfortable for sleeping. Choosing a room with a sea view definitely enhances the experience, as watching the sunset and enjoying the beachfront ambiance in the evening is very enjoyable. 📸 There are many photo spots, including along the beachfront, by the swimming pool, and the hotel's exterior. Those who enjoy cafes or taking photos for social media will likely love it. 💙 What I liked: ✔️ Great location, easy to get around. ✔️ The sea view is incredibly healing. ✔️ Quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing day. ✔️ Overall, good value for money. ⭐ Personal Score: 8/10
