GGuest UserFantastic hotel facility. Harbour land and laser tag is free. There are 2 amusement park rides. Which is super fun. Everyone is clean and well maintained. Free flow of coffee and tea and juice at lobby. Very very happy kids here 😀😀

RRootguitarSuper nice huge resort. I have no idea how it's so cheap, other than that Si Racha isn't a major tourist destination. I wanted some peace and quiet after a few days of craziness in Pattaya, and it served that purpose perfectly. It's in an area with a lot of Japanese expats, so there's a lot of good Japanese food around it if you like that. They have an onsen which is incredible, just be aware they only have the space for one gender, so they alternate times- lol I wasn't able to use it because when I planned on going it was woman's time, which is on me

AAhculawThe overall experience at the hotel was okay. When we checked in at night, there were staff available 24 hours, which was convenient. However, the toilet had a strong unpleasant odor. We called the reception, and a staff member came to assist us with air freshener. She kindly offered to change our room, but we declined. While the service was good, the situation was not quite what we expected.

GGuest UserVery impressed! The rooms were spacious. We booked a two-bedroom unit and had plenty of space. The breakfast included Japanese food, which I absolutely loved! And there's a restaurant near the alley entrance that's really delicious, highly recommend it.

^^_^Ting^_^The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The pillows in the room were custom-made Micro Gel pillows, which were super comfortable! 👍 The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety. 🍳

GGuest UserThe hotel has 2 buildings, one is residential and another one for family with non-smoking rule. The superior room is clean, nice, and not compact at all. 2 large swimming pools with a great playground make this place suit for family trips so there are children around all the time while the staffs highly professional and can handle very well. I visited during a busy holidays but the breakfast still went well. A bit busy around 9.30 am.
The last thing I want to mention is the hot pool might need to be cleaned more often since there is some dirt in the pool.

I had my battery replaced last night, but I need a new one.
I went to the bus stop after checking out.
”However, the vacant seat was from noon, so I went back to the hotel and asked if they could keep my luggage, and they kept it for me.”
It's a very good hotel.
The scenery was also wonderful.

GGuest UserLocation is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food.
There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian.
At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times.
Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat.
Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times.
The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more.
There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men.
The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way.
Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon.
Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public
We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.

GgogojamesI stayed here once two years ago, shortly after it changed its name from PANTHIN to ESATPANA. It seems like P3, P4, and P5 are still under construction. Over the past two years, I've traveled to Thailand many times for both business and leisure, experiencing nearly 10 hotels. Objectively, EASTPANA is an apartment-style hotel, but due to the booming development of Rayong Industrial Park, it also has a strong business vibe. For example, during this stay in P5, the Lili Marlene KTV was right below my balcony. At night, I could feel the vibrations of the subwoofers, and sometimes even hear customers singing loudly... Thankfully, it wasn't disruptive, but it might affect light sleepers. Regarding the soundproofing within the room itself, besides the expected noise transmission through windows and doors, I could also hear structural noise from the floor above. I observed that this floor slab isn't thin; it's twice as thick as those in older, smaller buildings in China. It seems construction quality and materials are key. The small bar at the main entrance has tripled its operating area, and half of the surrounding businesses now have Chinese signs (two years ago, I only remembered one massage parlor right outside), giving the impression of a Chinatown.

KKTTAEz🐳 A seaside hotel perfect for recharging your batteries. The overall atmosphere is quite quiet and relaxed. Waking up and opening the curtains to a sea view is incredibly relaxing. The gentle sea breeze makes you feel like you've escaped the hustle and bustle for a short mental break.
The room decor is simple, prioritizing comfort over luxury. The bed is decent and comfortable for sleeping. Choosing a room with a sea view definitely enhances the experience, as watching the sunset and enjoying the beachfront ambiance in the evening is very enjoyable.
📸 There are many photo spots, including along the beachfront, by the swimming pool, and the hotel's exterior. Those who enjoy cafes or taking photos for social media will likely love it.
