Отдыхали в этом отеле семьей. Очень понравилось. Прекрасная ухоженная территория отеля, до моря 3 минуты. Берег моря и вода абсолютно чистые. Персонал внимательный, причем несколько работников были из бывших республик Союза и без проблем говорили по-русски, помогали по всем возникающим вопросам. Менеджер отеля активно помогал организовать поездки по окрестностям, иногда сам подвозил. Рядом с Чиралы расположены развалины древних городов Олимпуса и Фасилиса. Отдельная тема - кухня отеля. Мы оплачивали завтрак и ужин. Еда была вкусная, разнообразная, изобильная. Ужин как в ресторане. Днем работник отеля подходил, чтобы согласовать меню. Кормили настолько хорошо, что выходить поужинать в другие рестораны не хотелось. В отеле также имеется шикарный открытый бассейн, которым пользовались, когда на берегу моря было слишком жарко.

There were 2 weeks in early May. Of the pluses: luxury bungalow and territories in general; friendly staff who quickly met all our requests; very generous and delicious breakfasts; sauna and hamm are included, and we actively used them in the evenings - very cool! ; the procedures in the spa liked; their beach - too valuable!  From what can be improved: knowledge of English at the basic level; clining would be more often, but when I asked for additional cleaning, all did quickly and well; in advance to warn that waiting for meals in the 40-50 min restaurant; The bungalow lacked hooks to store at the entrance and in the bathroom; few lying on the beach, but we were lucky that there were few people. There were still little microwave, little jars and pans in the kitchen.  General impression: Great! This is perhaps the best offer in Chirala on accommodation, location and price-quality ratio. Thanks to the Naturelife team and hope that the shortcomings will be eliminated.

We stayed for two nights. There were four of us: me and my wife, our eldest daughter and grandson (3 years old). We liked everything very much, check-in via WhatsApp, cleanliness and order, a full set of dishes for both cooking, including the necessary pans and pots, and for eating. A small minus - only one roll of toilet paper, but it was enough for us 😅 . Another minus - there are only two bar stools at the dining table-island. The other two guests are forced to eat standing up. 🙂

Останавливаемся уже не первый раз в этом отеле, и к сожалению сервис начинает сдавать. Полотенца теперь меняют раз в два дня, хамамом воспользоваться не удастся, так как работники СПА туда не пускают, мотивируя тем, что там сейчас платные процедуры, и можно прийти когда их нет. В прошлом году шампанское было в баре на пляже, в этом году убрали. Ноу хау этого года холодный кофе разбавлять водкой = белис. В прошлом году также белис был. Да и логика работы баров странная, зачем закрывать бар у отеля в 18:30 не понятно, ходите за 500 метров в бар на пляже. Особенно это неудобно когда идет дождь. Качество еды нормальное для отеля в данной ценовой категории, несколько раз в неделю бывает красная рыба(включая снек кафе на пляже).В плохую погоду(дождь) полное отсутствие анимации, хотя можно было придумать какие-то активности в лобби (тот же бинго или угадай мелодию, караоке). Что не изменено, так это персонал, все бармены, официанты, команда анимации работать уже не первый год. И как всегда на высоте

From the first glance everything is very good, beautiful space, lots of greens, grenades, oranges. They run chickens and pleasantly quadacht. But the benefits end up. Staff speaks only Turkish, so it is impossible to agree with them. Even through the translator it didn't work out. In three days, the rooms never removed and changed the towels. In the house it smelled bad, in the bathroom it smelled sewage. Breakfasts so much: you can't choose anything that you brought, and eat. There are very few fruits and vegetables. We left at night and promised us lunch boxing with us, but no one even went out to carry us. We just folded the keys on the table and left. In general, the place is pleasant if there is a staff interested in development in the hotel, it will be excellent. There is no feeling of care for the guests.

I liked it very much in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, Swedish table. Very delicious coffee in the coffee machine. The room is small but comfortable. Bed is comfortable. Good pool :) The bathroom is dark and it is necessary to wait for the heating of hot water for a few minutes.

I recommend all the Romans and dearly tell you that the month is the ideal for a child holiday! Sun 22-29 degrees. Clean pool, perfect food even for 2-year-old children! Drinking: gin, bar, wine, vodka pepsi, sprite fanta.. water and coffee .. Eating the lamb lives over all vegetables and cream supes all cheeses ,all salads of rice of several kinds ... You will say I'm a pretentious food but it's more than enough.. Eat until you're gonna. Events evening music and karaoke.. ( sauna and massage ) extra cost but cheap 25 euro pt massage 90 min. You won't sell gogos but we'll be back. !!!

The hotel is good! Personal is good! Place in the city is good! In fact, we were satisfied with the hotel. The rooms are normal, it will do for budget tourism. But it’s far from 4 stars, not even Turkish ones. We were in early April. The food was terrible. I won’t talk about diversity and quantity. The quality of food was disgusting. This is the most terrible kitchen I’ve ever eaten. Everything was overdried. Not tasty. The soups are terrible from powder in our opinion. In general, at the end of my vacation, I lost 5 kilograms from 65 kilograms to 60 kilograms. The rooms were cleaned once in 7 days. They write that ‘all inclusive’ food is strictly three times a day. The bar is strictly until 22:45. From 23:00 to 00:00 a light snack. The soup that was left from dinner. Well, sometimes there were good desserts. Everything had to be asked. Clean the room, replace the bed/towels/ashtray. The Internet is paid. 27€/10days. There is no own parking lot, but there is enough space nearby. Stunning views of the mountains and surroundings. Do you want a beach holiday? Forget it!!! The road to the beach is through the slings of neighboring hotels.
