Great
GGuest UserFirst time trying this hotel / service hotel. check in was a bit messy as I didn’t know how to get to my room despite instructions on email. It was late and I was tired so that’s probably why. But the rooms are just wow. Stunning view, the room was absolutely at a very high luxury level. Great large sized bathroom / shower.
You know should invest in a better coffee machine, the room deserves better ;-) but OK there is a Starbucks and Cafe next door.
The location is top dollar and my experience was fantastic.
I will 100% book again.

GGuest UserThis is my new favorite hotel in Dallas. It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet
DD’ArtagnanLocation and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience.
I would advise to plan according for a less than 4 star experience.
GGuest UserThis is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.
GGuest UserDallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.

Pprodeal30 minutes from the airport. A little distance from the city center. The surrounding area is a bit deserted. The size of the hotel room and the bedding are OK. No disappoin**ent or surprise. Value for money

SSue CarlsonTwo families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Customer service was top notch.
JJeremy AndreI booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!
GGuest UserRoom had a wobbly dilapidated iron board, tub had a rusty bath plug. under the bathroom sink was a lot of dust. Rang up the front desk to ask about getting a dental kit and was told it would be brought up. Waited for 30 mins and then went down to get it myself. Asked for a shoe polish kit and was told by the reception that it was not a practice at Hilton (rather rudely). I was warned about this hotel and I am glad that I cancelled my third day of booking and stayed elsewhere.
KKansasizhouliyouExcellent location. Great value for money, even better than what I typically find back home. The breakfast was good, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were friendly. Overall, fantastic! My only wish is for individually adjustable air conditioning.
