GGuest UserFirst time trying this hotel / service hotel. check in was a bit messy as I didn’t know how to get to my room despite instructions on email. It was late and I was tired so that’s probably why. But the rooms are just wow. Stunning view, the room was absolutely at a very high luxury level. Great large sized bathroom / shower.
You know should invest in a better coffee machine, the room deserves better ;-) but OK there is a Starbucks and Cafe next door.
The location is top dollar and my experience was fantastic.
I will 100% book again.

It’s hip without pretentious, the staff is very accommodating and friendly and the room is lovely I travel a lot and often think that hotel rooms are often designed by people who have never left home. This room was terrific. Large and lovely shower, good lighting everywhere, sufficient storage and hanging space and a very nice robe I loved the vanity with big lighted mirror and the design of the room with two separate chambers Is genius. Whether you close the rolling door to dress without disturbing your roommate or wish to receive room service without having the waiter see you in your jammies it really works I love love love it here and will be sad to leave. Didn’t even mention the complimentary rides in the rolls Royce to get me to work Can’t wait to return and I’m not even gone yet

GGuest UserThis is a really unique, eclectic hotel! SERVICE WAS AMAZING! Especially in the bar area and restaurant. The food was sooooo good, too. We ate off the lunch and breakfast menu and it was to die for. We had drinks on the rooftop, and that too was spectacular with friendly service and a great view. The rooftop pool area was really nice with fire pit and plenty of lounge seating inside and outside. It was a really fun atmosphere. Our room was HUGE and also had a great view - it was a corner room. Very comfortable. We had a great stay. Also in walking distance of other bars and restaurants. Parking was plentiful and free. I would definitely recommend it.

HHKMGreat location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink takes guests away from fully enjoying themselves.

GGuest UserDallas, I chose this Sheraton, the hotel is very good in all aspects, the service is warm, the breakfast is rich and varied, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, if the room window can be wiped clean, it is more perfect, living on the 36th floor can have a good view to watch the downtown scenery, Unfortunately, it was blurry because of the window.

BBeraniaWonderful hidden gem ! Interior is beautiful , artistic , and most of all clean. The check in was very easy as well as check out. Everything was easily accessible. The restaurant within the hotel was okay , maybe it was due to us going a little later in the day which is why the service wasn’t the best in that aspect and the food wasn’t as good for the price although again maybe it’s due to the fact we were limited to their late night menu. Overall a good stay.

GGuest UserI had such a great experience staying at the Hilton Dallas Lincoln Centre! The staff was super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable – I felt right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful, and I loved the amenities, especially the pool and fitness center.
The location couldn’t be better – it’s just a short walk to the Galleria Dallas, so there’s tons of shopping, dining, and things to do nearby. Plus, there are great dining options right in the hotel, which made it really convenient.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dallas. It’s a perfect spot for both business and leisure!

GguitaristEverything was decent: the bed, bathroom facilities, and breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which is directly connected to the airport. For 15,000 yen a night, I'd say it's good value. It's not the hotel's fault, but the surrounding area isn't very safe, so I recommend avoiding going out at night.

JJason8The location is fantastic, very handy, can take train to and from airport, while the staff and the service not live up with our expectation. There were no room service daily if you need anything such as towers you needed to call or came to counter to order b4 9:00pm in order to get the amenities. The problem was the counter most of the time no one there you needed to wait at least 5 minutes to get attended. We stayed there for 4 nights, we did come to the counter when we left in the morning that towers replacement were needed, however, when we came back at night, no replacement was found, so we called in the next day when we were back, they then brought the amenities to us.
