GGuest UserThe hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.

NNoeliaWe absolutely loved it. My husband and I went together. The amenities were awesome, it made us feel right at home. It brought shampoo and conditioner and soap that was 100% natural and I love that.

QQinglianmiaoFacilities: Not bad, quite new, but a bit abstract is that he is a suite hotel, there is no stove, there is a microwave oven, and he can cook with a microwave oven. .
Hygiene: Hygiene can be quite clean
Environment: The environment is good, but there are construction sites around, a bit noisy in the morning
Service: This breakfast is better than Huanpeng, I like this very much

SSimpson72el Hotel cobro 10 dolares por noche de extra por parqueo el cual decia claramente que no eran responsables de vandalismo que cada huésped era responsable del vehículo, practicamente el hotel no se hacia responsable de los daños que sufriera el vehículo pero cobraba 10 dolares por noche, pésimo servicio por parte del hotel.
Debi solicitar al hotel que hablaran con el huésped del lado de mi habitación tenían un perrito que ladraba, por dicha se resolvió,
el hotel es bonito muy limpio todo, sin embargo las paredes del hotel no ayudan se escucha todo hay un eco grande, cada vez que alguien pasaba hablando frente a. mi habitación o bien cerraban la puerta se escuchaba el golpe., eso obedece a que las paredes no tienen buen aislamiento del ruido.
el desayuno muy bueno no hay queja alguna, es tipo Buffet, sin medida comes Todo lo que gustes, y buen sabor,
viaje solo.

GGuest UserThis is our second stay here and it did not disappoint. There was some confusion about which gate was working, but a call to customer service quickly fixed that. (If anyone is unsure about this contactless hotel, customer service has always been great!) The only thing that was worse this time was the WiFi, a lot slower than last time, probably because we had an edge room this time. Would love to stay again in the future!

GGuest UserThis hotel is very modern and in a prime location. It is extremely clean and well equipped. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The housekeeper was very helpful, she even came to the room and asked if we needed clean linen and towels. I travel a lot and this is one of the best stays I have had. I recommend this place for any time of year.

BBreezie MI loved the hotel it’s in a construction zone right now but that’s okay but then I looked at my bank account and saw that even though I prepaid through the trip app I was charged 33.72 extra and I have been unable to get in contact with the manager of the hotel the front desk person couldn’t tell me why I was charged again. The elevator was also out and I was told it been out for a week and would probably be out for the rest of the week

GGuest UserGood hotel, close to important points, there are some homeless people in the area, however the hotel manages this situation well. The elevator is a bit old, but in general the facilities are optimal. Perhaps the price is a bit high.
