Dion customer service and his presence overall wasphenomenal! From check in to check out. We had such an amazing stay! Our room was decorated for our anniversary!!! Truly beautiful from balloons to the complimentary gifts. We will definitely book again.

Everything was good, the room is clean and spacious. The only two lost points were the front desk staff didnt know the swimming pool was under maintenance. (Seems not quite professional) Also, the back door (access the lobby and the lift to the room) wasnt locked nor a security guard, everyone can access to the room floor. It may cause some safety concerns.  But only for a flight catcher, this is a great choice. Many restaurants next to the hotel.

The room is big, the hotel feels Indian style, the breakfast has few varieties, but the quality is OK. It is said that parking is free, but it refers to the parking lot a little far from the hotel, which is 20🔪 a night in front of the hotel.

I can tell this hotel is still pretty new! The building and room was immaculate. Friendly encounters with staff. Check-in was smooth and parking validation wasn’t complicated. I stayed for a one-day staycation and it was perfect. I will likely stay again.

The hotel is connected to the mall Tyson 1,  How special is this mall.  The hotel has a bus to the second phase, and the shops there are very attractive.  There are choices for all kinds of famous brand-grade food.  This time it is a business trip. If you want to go sightseeing, you have to take Uber to Washington for about 45 minutes. The traffic is far away. The hotel is spacious and comfortable

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. There was a restaurant nearby, very convenient.

The room was small, but the front desk was very good, let us stay at 2 o'clock and wait until 4 o'clock. I booked a room with breakfast, and the waiter poured water on the breakfast, so I had to tip it... the taste and variety were good, but it was not worth it to spend 21 knives directly.

The location is very good, the service attitude is good, and the price/performance ratio is good.

The shuttle bus from the airport takes surprisingly long. It's a standard American hotel with no amenities. However, the cleanliness is good.
