Home is closely monitored by 5 exterior security cameras.The duplex is connected but there are two different entrances as well as two different backyards connected by a fence. The fence can be unlocked for full access to both sides! This home was recently remodeled - every room, design, & finish was professionally staged and designed to make each and every guest feel right at home! You will absolutely love this spacious, stylish home for large group travel!Additional rulesSTRICT NO PARTY POLICY.-Do not mix or take items from one side of the duplex to the other side of the duplex.Trash pick up is on Wednesdays. Please bring trash bins to the street Weds morning and return them when trash has been picked up. Your host will message you what bins need to brought to the street.-No shoes in the house at any time. We try to keep the house clean for all guests.
